This place is first class! Customer Service the quality of the flowers everything—-it’s five star. They helped me get flowers delivered to a really busy person who is rarely home and they worked with me over the phone for several days until they were able to find the right time to bring them to the recipient’s house. If a flower that you request is not available, they will work with you to make it right. They really go above and beyond.

I just heard from the recipient that the flower arrangement was beautiful. I knew it would be. Flowers by Fairytales never disappoints. I usually order online, and it is super easy to do. Very timely delivery, too. Thank you, once again, Flowers by Fairytales, from a forever customer.

What a great place for inspirational gifts. They have such a creative collection of gifts from candles to wall hangings, to wind chimes and very interesting jewelry....and of course they are a florist shop. Jerry was very helpful and gracious. Their cards are also unique and very sweet. Glad my friend told me about them.

I ordered the Designers Choice Premium for Mother's Day. The flowers were delivered just as promised, and their arrangement is breathtakingly beautiful! The next time I order flowers, it will be from Flowers by Fairtales.

Hours aren't accurate, waited for an hour, not the first time this has happened. Called them multiple times yesterday and today, no response. I had to bother the house owner above by accident because it not the first time they've slacked off on their opening hours. I really wanted to shop around for my mothers birthday but with my work schedule I'm limited to shopping around , I finally found a business that allows me to shop before work and to my disappointment, they can't even respect their own shop hours

The roses I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day were hands down the best I've ever received and I order a lot of flowers. Based on this order, I've found a new florist for all my needs.

I don't have time to post reviews: for good or bad. But I made time to review Flowers by Fairytales and its 5++ stars. I received dozen roses and a floral arrangement from my daughter-n-law and sister-in- law both sent from Flowers by fairytales. We are on day 11 and my dozen roses and mixed floral arrangement are still alive, colorful, and I think we have another 5 days. I have found a new floral company that puts in the effort and time and of course freshness to make the person who receives feel special and the sender who paid top dollar to feel like they got there money's worth. FbF is my go to florist!

I ordered sympathy flowers for my dear friends’ dog who had passed away. The dog was with them for many, many years and they loved her so much. Her loss was absolutely devastating. I chose Flowers by Fairytales based on their reviews and online photos. I described the type of arrangement I wanted to send i.e.; the color palette with greens. What was delivered exceeded my expectations, and they were so pleased. I know the only florist I will ever use in Elk Grove. Thank you so much!

I am completely and utterly disappointed. In all fairness, the flowers were pretty, the customer service was very nice, and they did call to ask about making substitutions. However, there's not much you can do when they tell you they don't have any filler. The end result looks absolutely nothing like the photo! And these are not cheap flowers! I chose a purple bouquet because it was the recipient's favorite color, but without the filler it just looks green and pink. I'm truly devastated because this was a very important thing for me. I absolutely regret giving this business my money

I called Flowers By Fairytales, and Jamie answered the phone. I explained that I needed a sympathy plant delivered. I wanted a house plant. She was kind enough to tell me what she had and even went beyond that and said I'll send over a picture to you, and you can see the plant. I said yes, please. Jamie added her extra touches to this beautiful plant and delivered it the same day. That's customer service #1 Thank you.

A month ago my sister ordered an amazing sympathy bouquet to be delivered the same day. It was! And, we were told the flowers were gorgeous!Today I ordered the same thing. I placed my order around 9a and the bouquet was delivered around noon. I was told by the recipient that it was a large bouquet with beautiful all white flowers.Thank you Flowers by Fairytales, both orders far exceeded our expectations.

Jamie at Flowers By Fairytales made my 96 year old Aunt's birthday extra special with the beautiful yellow roses she delivered to her! I contacted the florist from a different city, so the recommendations were purely based on feedback. GORGEOUS! Read previous reviews and took a chance - SO GLAD I DID!! It’s always a gamble when you’re not from the area. When my cousin sent me this picture of what she received I was so happy to see that the actual arrangement matched what was advertised.
