Came in towards the end of the day 4:30 with an appt for a basic oil change and although it took longer than expected (just over an hour), it was a good experience. Had a coupon from their website so it was $29.99 + tax. The sitting area was clean and indoors, so it was comfortable and temp controlled on that really cold and wet day. There's no wifi, which was inconvenient, but otherwise, the wait was good bc it was a nice waiting room. It did take longer than expected, but overall it was a smooth oil change. They provided a receipt and report by email, and also gave us a printed out report of their free inspection.

The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and promptly assisted me in checking in for my brake inspection. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my short wait enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff's attentiveness to customers was evident.When it came time for the inspection, the technicians at Firestone showcased a high level of expertise and professionalism. They thoroughly examined my brakes, taking the time to explain their findings in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they didn't push unnecessary services, focusing solely on what was essential for my vehicle's safety.Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in their assessment. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Firestone, and their dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out during my visit.

Service started off strong. Was able to schedule my appointment online for a 9am appointment. Service was brake checks and tire rotation. I called to follow up on my vehicle at 2pm and I was told my vehicle was next and had not been looked at. At 4pm i showed up to the shop and my truck had still not been looked at still parked out front. Upset and disappointed. Closing time is 6pm. Asked for my keys and drove off with no service.

Was in last Sunday for an overdue oil change. Something was mentioned about my tires so I made an appointment to come back for a new set. Went home and did research. Also talked to a buddy of mine about my tires (also sent him photos.) He advised me to start saving up for new tires but I told him I already made an appointment. Was just getting a second opinion since I thought my tires still looked fine. Came in today (11/30) for my appointment. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (Brian too.) I was in n out in about an hour. My previous set was from a competitors shop with the same brand as the stock tires. Will update in a few months in regards to the tires as these were a different brand than the ones normally on civics.

Great place with good service.However, it was overcharged for the oil change. The price has increased ridiculously from $66 to $120 in 6 months. They charged $88 for oil, which worth $30 on amazon. 200% markup.

Please, if your smart please do not let these people touch your car. I trusted them to do my brakes in my bmw because I work across the street from them and I regret it. Right after I got my brakes done they squeaked and creeked a lot but I gave it some time because they are new brakes but after a month it continued so I took it in for them to look at. Dropped off my car at 7:30am in the morning and got a Call at 3pm saying my brakes are fine and they hear no squeaking. I'm 100% positive I heard the loud creeking everytime I stopped so I told them can they please take a deeper look. I come back at 5:50pm (right before they close) to pick up my car and once again they said everything was Perfect so I get in my car to test it and I was surprised to see my car gas light said 5 miles left of gas. Mind you I had over a quarter tank of gas before I took it in which is about 60 miles in my bmw and now I was stuck with no gas. I quickly called them and the person I spoke with inside told me and I quote "there is a gas station up the street we don't sell gas here" I live far and haven't got paid yet so I had to call a friend to pick me up. I could only imagine the joy ride the workers of this place had when driving around more than 40 minutes just to say my breaks are perfectly fine. This place does not care at all about the customer and you can see that in other reviews too. I never ever even make reviews but I had to do this because I don't want this to happen to anybody else.

Be careful what services you approve with them. They charge way more than MSRP for parts by a huge margin. More than what the dealership would charge for the same OEM equivalent.

I've tried to schedule an appointment here three times at the Elk Grove location. First time I tried to schedule an appointment, I scheduled it online and it was confirmed. I received an email with directions to call them prior to my arrival. Then I receive a call from someone named Thomas that said that the time slot was unavailable and that I couldn't get an appointment until the following week. This looks bad on their end because I had already received a confirmation and when I looked online the time slot was available so maybe they need to update their website to avoid confusion. I ended up calling the number he told me to contact him at but a young lady by the name of Dalia had picked up and said that she could help me reschedule. Second time, I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for the following day with Dalia (which is very ironic since Thomas said they didn't have any availability until the following week) and I didn't receive any confirmation email. Nobody ever followed up so I didn't bother to show up. Third time I tried to schedule an appointment here for a different date--I did it online and still didn't receive a confirmation email. I would steer clear from this place because they're just really unprofessional and unorganized. I've never had my car serviced here but I don't think I ever will if it's this complicated to get an appointment.

They were very helpful in answering questions and understanding. I was trying to figure out the issue before taking my car in. They ran through a few different options, and if that didn't work, they would schedule me an appointment. I picked a time and date but canceled because one of the suggestions they made worked. Great staff, very friendly.
