My husband and I went in to renew our passport. We did things wrong on our end and the employees were so kind and helpful. This was such a good experience.

This location and FedEx as a corporation needs to get a grip and hire more people to service the demands of the community. It's so busy and has such long lines. Even something as simple as picking up a package took us 1 hour. Moves much slower than other shipping carriers so if you're able to avoid shipping anything to this store, do that.

It would be great if they had the supplies needed to ship on hand. Unfortunately they are not organized enough to check inventory and order ahead. This is a HUGE inconvenience for customers. Especially those of us that ship almost everyday. The attitude given by Preetika when I informed her multiple times that she was looking for the wrong boxes was nothing short of appalling. The fact that Angela suggested that I drive across town to another store is absolutely unacceptable. Your location needs to do their jobs more effectively and make sure you have e supplies your customers require. The lack of customer service at this location is not ok. Do better.

Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.

I went on Christmas Eve. A mentally disabled African American teen was having trouble understanding the price for a stack of papers. He only brought two dollars and he couldn't grasp that the cashiers insisted on $2.40 or whatever measly price difference. The cashiers kept saying, "I can't accept that" or something along those lines rather than explaining the price per sheet and explaining to this mentally challenged man why he didn't have enough. Instead, the woman behind the counter called the police, claiming to feel threatened (the kid was mute, unarmed and docile, he just didn't understand). She demanded on the phone that the cops come right away, claiming the disabled customer was trespassing and might do more criminal acts. That's when I stepped up to the counter and paid the male cashier for the mentally disabled man's paper. The cashier rang it up, told the kid he could have the paper and the kid left quickly and cheerfully. The cashier easily could have covered the difference in tips but he didn't. There was no need to treat a mentally challenged person like that. They were cold, impatient, arrogant and the woman behind the counter acted like she wanted the kid to be arrested or maybe even shot for having trouble processing information without help ... on Christmas Eve! The staff here desperately needs sensitivity training.

I ordered a vinyl banner and had excellent customer service at this location. The banner turned out fantastic, the color and quality is perfect. The team went above and beyond to help make this on time and without flaw. I will be using this location regularly.

Customer service is trash at the 800 # and at the Elk Grove shipping location. Moved my delivery time twice. The Fedex driver drove past my house without dropping off my package. This has delayed my first day of work becuase I can't work without the item in the package.

This FedEx location has not failed me since I've been coming here. Prices are reasonable and service has been up to par. I'm usually in and out within minutes. I went in recently and noticed there is a self service kiosk, what? I was a bit shocked but excited as it was like going to the grocery store and doing self check out. If your package is all set, just scan, print receipt and put it in the drop off bin. Boom. In and out in seconds, unless there's a line of course. Parking is not bad but the traffic in the parking area can be a nuisance since the entrance/exit is right by FedEx.

This is one of the busiest FedEx Office in the Sacramento area. I have to wait for service almost whenever I'm here. I guess is good for them. But it is not very good for the customers if you're running out of time! On the most recent visit, I come to this FedEx Office. It is only one customer in front of me, but she is non-stop talking to the only employee working behind the counter. The employee is very friendly and non-stop offers new information to the lady. He doesn't care I'm waiting in the line for more than 10 minutes just to see they're talking. It is a few times the lady thinks she got her answers and the employee brings up more information and on and on and...... I have to stop another employee when she walks by to help me. She is very nice and by the time I am done with my business and walk out. The lady and the guy behind the counter still talking! I have no problem when someone who wants to provide excellent service. But please remember you have other customers too. I think I'll have a one-star rating for this location if not because the female employee who is very friendly and helpful!

I rarely need to go somewhere else to print things, but in this urgency, I needed to print about 20 pages and was staying in Elk Grove. The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center saved my life. Even through COVID-19, you can: print, scan, use the internet, check emails, and all of that fun stuff. This location is super clean inside, and the employees will walk around to make sure you are doing okay. They will even assist you on the computers if you are not tech savvy. The employees can help you find better deals when you are shipping and will try to help i The only downfall is that it costs a lot to print. It was about $1-1.50 per page I had to print, plus the time I spent on the computer. The whole experience costed about $42!

The place is clean, organized and with Pleasant personnel. I found some journals, writing tools there marked on sale. I'm happy.
