I had one of the WORST experiences ever renting a car from here. Mind you this was my first time renting a car in my entire life. My car was totaled in a hit-and-run back in January so my insurance was paying for all of this. LONG story short, I returned my rental car in pristine condition and was never in an accident while in this rental car that I had for seven days. Enterprise tells me damage was reported on the vehicle when I return it to this location... I was so confused because again, I was never in an accident (as far as I knew). Well, after MONTHS of phone calls with my Insurance agents as well as the insurance agents of the "other parties involved", every single accident claim that was filed against me turned out to be a "mistake" and ended up being removed or my name was cleared and I was proven to NOT be involved OR not at fault. Yet I was charged the $100 claim fee for every single claim that was filed! THREE y'all. Three claims, that's $300 that was wrongly taken out of my account by Enterprise. And the amount of time it's taken to get everything cleared up has caused me so much mental and emotional distress as Enterprise has sent me multiple letters in the mail demanding me that I OWE them money for the damage to the vehicle. Again, every accident Enterprise has told me I was involved in, I either did not have the vehicle in that time frame OR the vehicle was not involved at all. The insurance agents on both ends told me they had never seen a more wild and confusing case. I really thought I was and STILL think I am being scammed. I mean this has to be fraud. Every time I call the number to speak with an Enterprise branch manager, I'm redirected or sent to voicemail. And yes I've emailed them too. Still can't believe this actually happened to me. Thank God I have documentation, photos, and recorded every single phone call.

I'm so disappointed with Enterprise Power Inn. I rented a car last Sept 2023 coz I have a flight to London and they gave me Nissan Leaf EV with 51% charge, I asked them why not fully charge and the manager said it's ok I can charge it on my way to SF. Unfortunately it doesn't wanna charge, I stopped in Davis and try 2 charging stations but it doesn't work and i went to Vacaville but still it doesn't wanna charge, I called the manager and told me to go to Orange branch for a replacement. Nobody wants to assist me tho i was asking them that I have a flight at 4PM and it's 1230PM. I left Sacramento as early as 10AM coz I don't wanna cram and get stressed. Jose called the mana and told her my problem but they said they don't have available car. I waited until 130PM until the manager told me to get an Uber and they will reimburse the charges, they let me wait and while they can offer me to have an Uber instead. I emailed the corporate and the manager of Power In regarding my situation and said just wait for my check but until now I haven't received the check. I called the corporate to follow it up and told me somebody will contact me but until now no call and no check. is this the service that you are offering to your client?

My son and I had a terrible car experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in elk Grove store number 68. After my son totaled his car where utilizing our rental through our insurance and it was sent to Enterprise. upon returning car my son realize he was charged additional fees. When he called the store an unhelpful person told him it was because he had a rental that was beyond what his insurance company would pay for. He explained to him that he was not informed of this nor would he have selected to choose a rental car above what the insurance company would pay for and could they credit him he was told a manager would have to help him. So today my son goes to speak to the manager thinking this would be easily resolved. He spoke to the Assistant Manager Jose Veronica. Very unhelpful and not pleasant at all. He was told that he was aware of the additional charges and would not help him further. This is horrible customer service! My sons car is totaled and you would think something as simple as utilizing a rental would go smooth. I'm shocked that this manager would not resolve this situation this could have easily been resolved by saying oh that was an error on our part we're sorry that was never communicated to you and let us take care of that for you. My son understood that he had to pay the $50 that was required as a deposit and he did that, but being charged an additional $93 for a rental upgrade that is horrible customer service that it was never explained to him because he would have never elected that. For the manager to not want to resolve this and assistant customer or properly and let him walk away with a bad experience horrible horrible experience there. Enterprise should do better. This is not a personal situation that the manager should take a personal stance against a customer service, but a problem to be resolved with the best outcome for the customer. Not sure why Enterprise would want a customer to come away with such a bad experience.

Took a weekend trip ! The girl made the process very easy and fast. The Toyota Corolla I got is new and so cuteee so I was so excited. If you get this corolla it DRIVES SO SMOOTH Thank you Enterprise Elk Grove for making my trip easy

I've rented cars from this enterprise location more times than I can count. The staff is super friendly and responsive to all of my concerns. The car I pre book is usually available and but in the rare case it's not, the staff makes accommodations that best suites me. The cars they provide are clean, with no smell and come with a little wipe for the steering wheel which comes in handy. They also have an awesome point system that allows me to save money on rentals through the app which I love because I tend to rack up points fast. And another thing, the drivers who I request to pick me up on days I have a rental reservation also drop me home when I'm done with my rental. The drivers are kind with safe driving techniques and prompt. This pick up/drop off service is super convenient and makes renting cars here a breeze because I'm insured I have a ride home I'll definitely be renting from this enterprise again thanks to the staff!

First of all, why would you rent someone a car that smells.. don't you guys clean it??? And why would you say that, that car is a AWD even though its not.. okay so I booked a AWD SUV and to make sure I will have the car we needed I called before the day I booked it and they said they do have a 7 seater AWD. So I was confident we will have no problem..but when it was my turn to pick up the car they said they don't have it. I keep asking them for it they were only giving me a 7 seater SUV the guy helping me out he was cool but he know himself the car he's giving me is not AWD so i went inside enterprise and try to talk to the other guy Jose and told him the situation and he said he has nothing to give me but that same car the Jet is giving me and I keep asking for other car and he said oh I can't give you any other car coz those people waiting in line it might be theirs. That made me think I reserved my car too then why Im not getting my car right and they getting theirs?? And I guess just end our discussion Jose told me its a AWD even though its not! I was just gonna get it before he said that..coz me and my family had somewhere to be and its been planned and I don't want it to be ruined! So I just took the car and it smells like someone smoked weeds in there i can't do anything about it anymore i even tried calling enterprise again to see if they have other car but Jose told me i spoke with you and we don't have any car for you.. I even tried calling other renting car place but they all booked for the day..no choice we have to be somewhere and it's been planned so i tried spraying it with freshener hoping the smells will go away..and it did for a little bit..even bought car vent fresheners until we were in the middle of our car ride it gets stronger the whole car smells!!! And I feel terrible my whole family is in there and I have a 7 month old baby!!! Could you imagine 2-3hrs car ride with that smells in there for the baby??? TERRIBLE!!! I've been a customer since 2009 and been using Enterprise this is the first time I experienced this kind of car and situation.. when I returned it Jet is the one that assisted me and ask me how was it and I told him my complaints and told him about the smells and he was just like "oh yeah i can smell." And he tried giving me discounts and i was like no it okay I don't need it but he insisted it. Jet is cool

Customer service is good. But, Toyota Camry cruise control didn’t work. I drove more than 1000 miles using my right leg pushing gas paddle. That was a torture. When I stoped to rest I couldn’t stand. My legs were num.

I rented a car from the Elk Grove auto mall. I always have a great experience with this location. Prince is always nice and helpful. The last few rentals Izzy has been a huge help! He answers any of my questions I may have, helps me connect my phone to the car, shows me all of the cool features on the car, and is just an overall nice person. Conversations are always pleasant and nice with Izzy. He is a great addition to the Enterprise in Elk Grove.

Elk Grove Enterprise is the best one I’ve been to yet! The staff is super helpful and goes out of their way to ensure quality customer service. I’ve had a couple long term rentals and each person I’ve come across here has been great to work with - especially Jett and Gonzo! I’ll definitely be continuing to go to this location for all my rental needs. Thank you Enterprise EG!

Enterprise has designed their service to be convenient and efficient. I was easily able to set up my car rental on their website, set up the date the type of car I wanted. The process was smooth and best of all, simple!The best part of the experience is the customer service. I was offered transportation to and from Enterprise. I was picked up in front of my apartment by a very kind and pleasant employee and taken the their car lot. Upon return, I literally stepped out of my rental car and was greeted by an employee who took my keys and escorted me to the driver who took me back to my apartment.All very fast and efficient. I can't even think of a way they could make it a better experience.
