Decided to come here on a Tuesday morning around 9:30 & surprisingly there was a good amount of people here. This was our first time, the staff was very friendly & helpful. They also go around and clean some of the toys. 10/10Before going into the play area you have to remove your shoes which is AWESOME considering how there's kids playing on the floors rolling around etc... On Tuesdays i guess they have "preschool time" at 10:30, which is pretty cool!! There is a variety of toys for littles ones to play with. They also have a big play structure with slides and a trampoline. My kids loved it.. It's a pretty awesome place 10/10 !The only issue I have is the amount of sick kids that were there. They have a sign at the front before you even walk in that states if your kids has X,Y,Z (basically if they are sick) they can't come in. But there were TONS of kids coughing, sneezing , having runny noses (They were not covering their mouths and were wiping their noses with their hands..) then you would see them touching all toys etc... I feel like they should enforce that policy more .. but As a parent if you kids are sick why would you even consider taking your kids out and having them get other people sick.. the other issue I had is for some of parents there (this has nothing to do with the business) there were some kids in there that were not being very nice and were snatching toys from kids or just rough housing . My kids are 2 and 3 & my friends kids are 2 & 4. They were on the trampoline and it's states only 5 people at a time in the trampoline area but a group of older kids maybe ages 6-7 would came in and start rough housing & just acting crazy ( now there's about 8-9 kids in the trampoline.) we told our kids to get out and just go play somewhere else. It's one thing if they were just jumping and not being rough but that wasn't the case.. my daughter is 2 and while she is still sliding down the slide not even half down it a kid again ages 6-7 decided to go down the slide at the same time as her. This happened multiple times and finally i just grabbed my daughter and took her somewhere else because i didn't need for her to get hurt BUT while this was happening the kids parents were watching but yet no one would say anything or tell their child "wait your turn or be careful etc..) which made me upset... Then while my kids and my friends kids would be playing a kid decided to go up to my friends son and take toys away from him, that's fine we know that kids are still working on using their words or just don't know how to share which is okay.. we just told him to ignore it and to go play with something else and while he did this the kid then went over to him and took the new toys that her son was playing with away once again . Once again We just kept telling her son to just ignore it and go play somewhere else and this kid kept following my friends son and kept bothering him and then was growling at him and coughing all over him! AND WHAT MADE US even more UPSET WAS HIS MOTHER WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE WATCHING AND NOT DOING ANYTHING!! Seriously?! please watch your kids... !!!!!! At that point we decided to leave.. unfortunately we loved this place and the idea but just because of those situations that happened it turned us away.. BUT there are some parents that are watching their kids and making sure they are playing appropriately.. WHICH IS AWESOME again this place is awesome it's just how the parents aren't watching their children & the amount of sick kids allowed in is the only issues ..

Si much fun for the littles. We went for a Birthday party so whole place to ourselves. My granddaughter (18 mos) was in heaven.

The cutest indoor play center for kids. Love the way it's decorated and everything is soooo clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and plenty of it.

Nice place handy for Elk Grove residents. It is a small space with shallow ceiling height. Complimentary free coffee is available, and the pricing is also reasonable. I bought two Cheetos, and both were expired. But, when I noticed it, the front desk replaced them with nice behavior. Will definitely go back when the kids ask for.

Me and my daughter come here almost everyday. It’s an elementary school daycare environment with plenty of different areas with set activities and they are always adding and changing things around to keep your kids busy and entertained. There’s a weekly schedule of activities and classes during the day and Friday night is Pizza Night! They have free coffee and wifi and the membership is totally worth it. You can also have private parties here.

My kids love this place! We hosted my son's birthday here with Just Show Up package and Spiderman theme. The decorations were epic and the staff were so easy to work with!I love that they have the large play structure and the dramatic play areas. Each of my kids had a place to play that suits their developmental stage.

I've been meaning to review this place. I had my daughters bday there in July but had took her a few times before. All the guests & myself really enjoyed it. My daughters (5 & 2) love this place. I like how I don't really have to be chasing after my 2 yr old unless she goes to the playground side. The place is clean and smells good too. I've been to other indoor places that smell musty lol. Definitely recommend this place to take your little ones.

Just recently discovered Enchanted Elk Grove and my 3 year old son is obsessed with it, it's become part of our weekly routine and he still constantly asks to go. The place is always clean and the staff are constantly tidying up and resetting the toys. There is enough variety in the toys that my son never gets bored and usually always has someone there to play with. Definitely worth the price!

We have such a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The kids had fun! The playground is sanitized, it’s very clean! :) and Thanks to Britney for making my preparation so much easier. This is the only indoor playground amongst the ones we’ve inquired for a birthday party, that is flexible with time extensions and outdoor food vendor. And the rates are way cheaper than the rest as well ?

My 2.5 year old daughter loves coming here! There’s a space for the younger ones to play and another area with a big play gym they can adventure into. The aesthetic is super cute too and they offer free coffee! I’m always highly recommending this place to anyone who will listen.

This is a great recently opened indoor playground in Elk Grove. Something for all ages/stages of baby to toddler to young kid. Soft play/climbing zone, multiple kitchen/play sets, and a bigger play structure. There is drop in play throughout the week, weekly scheduled activities for drop in play, special holiday events and even bday packages to host your little ones bday. Free coffee for parents. Theres a few small and larger tables available too. You can bring in your own food. Family friendly indeed, just need to wear socks for everyone. Highly recommended spot!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party here today and it was so wonderful! The decorations were beautiful and were all set up before we arrived. They cleaned up after and provided us with plates, silverware and napkins. The play area is so clean, spacious and perfect. There is a lot of room and toys for younger kids but also a super fun section for slightly older kids as well! All of the kids who came to our party had such a blast and didn’t want to leave. So happy we chose Enchanted to celebrate my girl!

First time here and it was awesome. My toddler loved it. Such a relaxing atmosphere and tons of open ended play opportunities. Comfortable, clean, fun, and very safe. Super affordable and the staff was so nice. Will definitely be looking into getting a membership.
