Trevor Glantz at Elk Grove Ford listened carefully for what myself and my husband were looking for in a truck. He brought both our expectations together and found the perfect truck for the two of us. We were never pressured to buy which I was very thankful. I do not respond well to that type of salesperson. The financing was easy and he found us an amazing rate for this day and time. It was such an easy experience and stress free. I would recommend EG Ford and Trevor Glantz to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

UPDATE: I have updated my review to four stars because, after submitting my Ford survey, I was contacted by Elk Grove Ford and they listened to my concerns and worked with me to have them addressed. They scheduled an appointment to check out my truck - free of charge. I did cancel the appointment as I drove my truck one evening after speaking to EGF and again on my way to work the day of the appt. I cannot reproduce the conditions that caused the hard shift felt immediately after I picked up my truck from the dealership and, to a lesser extent, on the following weekend's road trip (although the latter was mostly highway driving so there weren't a lot of low speed conditions). The issue may have just needed time to adjust to my driving habits or to the new programming and so, I didn't feel it would be fair to waste EGF's service staff's time trying to reproduce a condition that I am unable to do so myself. As for the initial communication concerns, I was told that the lack of call back from the service advisor may have been due to absence due to illness but I would still encourage EGF to improve that one area as a call back...even from a service advisor covering the absent manager would have mitigated this whole situation and my frustration.
Communication seems to be an issue with Elk Grove Ford's Service Advisors. In a service industry, communication has to entail more than automated text appointment reminders and pickup notifications. I brought my truck in for a recall repair (reprogramming a module that affects the transmission's gear shifting). I received a lot of reminders about the appointment and a text that my truck was ready for pick-up. But when I called in because my truck started "hard shifting" at low speeds, I got my Service Advisor's voicemail. I'm still waiting for her call back four days later. In fact, I never once spoke with her. I mentioned this to several people. My boss said that we no longer take our fleet vehicles to them (even though they are closest to our yard) because of poor communication and service delays. My brother said that all those whom he works with who own Fords (including him) avoid EGF even though it is close to where they work for the same reason. Hopefully, someone at EGF will see this and implement improvements...especially in terms of communication.

Parts Manager, Russ deserves recognition for turning a sour customer service situation with one of his staff members into a POSITIVE experience.
I'm a new customer. I came in for a key fob battery, and one of the reps broke the key fob, costing me a whole new fob, which would have been over $400 with programming. The rep offered very little of an apology and no consideration and/or solution.
Of course, it was upsetting. So, I reached out to the store manager and the parts manager about the damage and experience by email. I quickly heard from the parts manager, Russ. Russ was professional, showed concern, and offered a respectful solution, along with offering great customer service, the nice old-fashioned way.

Always great friendly Service with Elk Grove Ford Quick lane. Saul was great keeping me updated on the time and finish with my Routine Service to my 2018 F150 that I purchased there.
We have had 3 F150's from Elk Grove Ford over the last 12 years always happy with tge service and Quality.
