It was my first time at this dealership the service was great we were offered coffee though it took time doing all paperwork becoz we got there approx 5pm .Great service personality to all staff members who were present at that time .Thank u so much

ZERO stars for Dodge dealership & the month long runaround to get them to repair the damage they caused to our 1 year old car. After 5 trips, a dozen calls, and 3 "appointments" there is STILL a dent on our front bumper. Let's also bring to light the damage I found in the exact location where an air tube gets installed. Ironically, I found that air tube in our TRUNK, not reinstalled in the engine bay. Lastly, the carelessness of not only the technicians but the nonchalant attitude of your so-called management is so disappointing. You DAMAGED our beautiful dream car and spilled so much coolant in the engine bay that an entire MONTH after, I can still smell coolant when the car is running. I don't understand how so many people involved dropped the ball and dragged out such an unpleasant experience.

Milo's professionalism, knowledge of the cars on the lot, and responsiveness to questions and phone calls before the appointment made my car shopping experience truly exceptional. His patience and dedication while working with me during the shopping process made me feel valued and well-supported. Working with someone like Milo can truly enhance the customer experience and build trust in the car-buying process. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase a car with Milo because they did not have the car I wanted. Milo still went above and beyond by driving me to another car lot and doing a warm handoff to another car salesman. He even called me a few days later to check in on my new car. Thank you, Milo for the amazing customer service!

5 star buying experience all around. When I pulled up to the dealer, Julius already had the car out front. Not one second of hard selling from Julius either — he knew exactly what I came in for, put me in the car and sold me the car. Felt like a very organic deal. Stephen in finance was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and very up front about everything going on. No confusion during the signing phase whatsoever.
Since my purchase 2 weeks ago, Stephen and Julius have continued to work for me, tacking on added protections and warranties at no cost to me.
Very fortunate I was able to conduct my entire search/purchase process at one dealership, and even more fortunate it was at Elk Grove Dodge. Keep these guys at the top of your list when it's your time to consider buying another car!

Don’t ever bring your car here for service. I bought a new Jeep and when the world class mechanics went to install a trailer hitch, it took them 7 days to install it and when returned to me my blinkers don’t work, only one brake light, windows won’t roll down and about 10 other things that will not work anymore. Mind you I bought this brand new car two weeks ago and now I have to sit and wait while they try to trouble shoot what they messed up. Not one bit of concern for my time that is being wasted because their lack of competence.

There's no way I would buy a car from a dealership that marks it up $200,000. You can't trust any business that does this and if you do business with them you're asking for trouble.
