I had a great experience at EG Custom Collision. The entire staff was very friendly. They called enterprise right away to come get me so i didn't have to wait long. Josh was very nice and got me in out of their Quick. He sent me text messages through the week giving me updates. Once i got my car back everything looks great. Only thing is one of the workers head lights got left in my car so i had to drive that back over to the shop but it was not a big deal i wanted them to have it back. ;) I would highly recommend them!

purchased my car with their sister dealership mazda of elk grove, and when i had to have my rear bumper replaced due to a small accident, elk grove custom was the only place that quickly responded to my inquiry. i met jair, who was very quick with getting me an estimate and getting my order placed for the new parts. jair and the manager(?) antonio kept me in the loop throughout the process and also was able to provide me with a loaner car since i lived out of town. repair was flawless and looked like new! couldn't praise them anymore than 10 stars! the any auto group is amazing with their customer service everytime, whether its the dealerships when i come into service my car, or even the body shop!

I cannot give enough Praise & Shout outs to a young man named Ziyad who assisted me through a very overwhelming experience. Ziyad was with me every step of the way when my car was at 1st brought in per an accident and then later addtll damaged found, which ended up totaling my vehicle. He is very thorough, he listened, allowed me to vent, and was caring but more than anything he was more interested in my safety. I appreciate Good Customer Cervice, and that's exactly what Ziyad exhibits. He is such a great addition to Elk Grove Collision! Thank You.

Elk Grove Custom Collision Center is a great shop for bodywork done. They replaced a bumper and paint work was fantastic. Great customer service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop and updated throughtout the repair of my Genesis G80. Thank you.

Ruben is the man when it comes to auto detailing. Professional and polite knows his craft. He got me in quickly on my tight schedule with a fast turnaround results are outstanding. Highly recommend and will be back.
Update 8/2024:
In my previous review I said I'd be back and I was. I brought Ruben a tough job, my 20 yo truck that spent it's life outdoors and getting sprayed with sprinklers. It was rough looking but came back stunning! Thanks again for great service and equally great job!

I needed some repairs to my car and got a couple quotes from the standard local collision repair providers, but also decided to try out Elk Grove Custom Collision for the first time. I'm so glad I did! Their quote came in better priced and their staff seemed much much more on top of what was needed than the other companies from whom I received quotes. Their verbal estimate and repair cost lined up perfectly. They also had my car in the shop for only two days as opposed to one week, which I was quoted by another company. I will only be using them going forward!

My estimator Ziyad was amazing! He was constantly in contact with me, and keeping me updated on the status of my car. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure talking to him. I wish my insurance company would’ve acted like Ziyad’s. Elk Grove Custom Collision should be very happy they have Ziyad on their team.
