Walked on the lot looking for a vehicle and was approached by Cesar. I was accompanied by my wife, and I wanted to look for a new vehicle, specifically a Q5 2024 since I was already comfortable driving my wife's Audi A4. At first they didn't really have what I wanted and had asked if they could look for the right vehicle for me. I had told them that I would come back next week as I was looking at other vehicles around the auto mall as well. (I kept my promise and came back the following week) Bobby was the second gentlemen that approached me, taking over Cesar at the time. Both Bobby and Cesar were excellent at searching for what I was looking for. Even though I was not able to get the dream car that I wanted, I came upon an agreement with them for another higher trim of what I was originally looking for. I closed the deal at a 2024 Q5 Sportsback Prestige edition every bell and whistle possible on an audi. As soon as the vehicle was on the lot and I was able to look at it, I fell in love with it. All of the hours put in finding my car paid off. Again, thank you to Cesar, Bobby, Zack, and Austin for helping me close this deal. Will definitely bring many other family members to check this dealership out!

We just started looking for a new vehicle. The first vehicle we test drove was an Audi Q3. We were honest and told Cesar R. That we just started looking. We loved that he wasn't pushy and we didn't feel pressured. We liked the car and Cesar so much we decided to look no further. He was able to get the color car we wanted and fast. Go see Cesar at Audi Elk Grove! Thanks Cesar!

I got my current car from here and usually come to this dealership for service. They have all new sales managers and sales people. I received a letter from the sales managers expressing interest in buying back my car. Tried to reach out and have a conversation and it was a TOTAL waste of my time. Got passed around between sales people, asked to speak to a manager, no one called. Emailed the managers no one bothered to respond. This is not how you treat a customer! I'll take my 15 years of being a loyal Audi customer to a different dealership! They have forever lost my business. I would stay away, their behavior is not indicative of responsible or trustworthy management.

Used buyer beware! I would not recommend Elk Grove Audi (EGA) for a used, non-Audi car purchase to anyone. I would strongly suggest a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified third party, as EGA's pre-purchase inspection process missed a large repair to the AC system, and I am left bearing the cost to repair. I purchased a very clean 2019 Ford Expedition with approximately 16,000 miles on the odometer, and EGA missed that the AC was not blowing cold at all in the rear zone and only blowing cold for a few minutes in the front during their multi-point inspection. When I test drove the car in the mid-morning it was cool out and I only noticed 45 minutes into my drive to San Jose in the heat of the afternoon, after I had completed the purchase, that the cabin was uncomfortably warm, even with front and rear AC set to "Max AC". I notified EGA as soon as I noticed the AC didn't seem to be working at full capacity. A few days later, I took the vehicle in to a Ford dealership for diagnostic, as discussed and agreed to by EGA. Estimate to replace an AC EVAP core was $2,900 total. Total charges out the door totaled $2,283.24.EGA is unwilling to reimburse me for the cost of the repair, the extended warranty I purchased will not cover due to the issue being "pre-existing", so I am left holding the bag. Expensive mistake on my part. Don't trust this dealership to do the right thing.

We took our '14 A6 in for the repair of the bushings in the front. Upon arrival, I was directed by someone to wait a few minutes for a service manager to assist me for check in. After a few, I was greeted by M.C. (Mike). He took the time to listen to why I was there with our car. Quickly typed in the service order at his desk and was polite and quick. I told him I needed a ride to get to a place a few miles away. He ordered a Lyft driver for me! No problem. Turns out our car had a few more things wrong with it than expected. Found out on a Friday and expected it to take until Monday to get it done. No. It was completed by Saturday! We have our fave car back now and it is handling much better now on the road! Even got two new tires put on there. They were less expensive than a couple of tire shops and had them in stock! Thanks Elk Grove Audi and M.C. for the great service! Much appreciated!

Had a great experience with the Sales person he was fantastic, after purchasing an used model S found that they screwed up my paper work, still don't have my plates! Found out also from Tesla that the vehicle has a problem with the ECU that needs to be diagnosed. Sales manager apparently is too busy working deals to take my call. Regretting buying a vehicle from this place!

Bringing your car in for oil change and then getting hit hard on the "up sell" has made me learn my lesson. Next time Jiffy Lube. Never had this experience before. Not the only thing that disappointed me. Feels different.

Came here to get my wife's car serviced. Service was great. I'm really happy that they have a shuttle service/Uber. Makes it really convenient and one less headache to worry about.

I just want to begin by saying we Love Audi. We came in to check out Audi Etron. Greeted by a sales person. Told him we are considering Etron Q4 and a model 3. Didn't say this But we were more leaning toward Etron just because there are so many Model 3 out there now. We told him we want to see what are some of the major differences. He relied right away by saying "you know what we tell customers who are considering a Tesla, go, go ahead why don't you go buy a Tesla. Go, go buy a Tesla." We were in shock and I decided to not be rude. But we know we are not getting a car from this sales person or this dealership. He probably thought that was an epic sales approach. And we decided on a Tesla model Y. Thank you for helping us make this decision.

DON'T LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I've been regretting it for the last couple of years!! All you experienced car buyers and lessees know that sales reps will do and say just about anything to get your business but once it's gotten, their level of service "can" greatly diminishes. That wasn't the case when I've previously bought from Lexus but Audi was a totally different experience. Great car, bad representatives. I returned a leased vehicle to this dealership in August 2020 and I'm still getting Fastrak Violation Notices for it, in 2022! I've called the dealership, called Audi Financial gone in person to the dealership and spoken to their sales manager, (who was unfortunately no help) he half-heartedly attempted to call an inside person at DMV registration when I was there but the call didn't go through and he didn't offer to follow up, instead he told me to deal directly with Fastrak. Two lengthy letters with full documentation to Fastrak and I'm back at square one. Yup! ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER, and the registration on my returned vehicle is still, unbelievably under my name and Audi has no clue who they sold or transferred the car to, so I'm on the hook or perceived as guilty for all crimes and misdemeanors committed with this car such as: toll violations, moving violations caught on camera etc.. I'm hoping this car is not involved in a hit and run or a smash and grab. Come on Audi, STEP UP and take some responsibility!! Remove my name from the car's reg and pay the toll violations!! Seriously, no one should have to go through this very frustrating and time draining experience. Buyer beware of this dealership! Zero stars. I would give minus stars if I could.

So I used to love coming here but this last time probably will be my last time.. no more 90 mile round trips just to come when the service itself is meh... My car was making a weird sound right after I turn it off so I brought it in, also getting an oil change while I'm at it. The service was a prepaid plan so cool, free. The funny noise they diagnosed it and originally was going to charge me like $1000 for it, but found it was under warranty due to CA smog regulations, so free also, cool. They discovered rodent damage and had to replace a wire, $3 part and $372 labor for having to drive my car around to ensure it was functioning properly.. ok this is kind of iffy but ok, I'm impartial toward this, though I'd question the ethics of charging for replacing a set of wires when I also told him my friend was a mechanic if they were willing to just sell me the part (but they recommended against it, of course). The one star review has very little to do with any of that though I shared to be transparent. I had left my FastTrak in the loaner they gave me and called on Monday to let them know. They said they'd look into it and let me know. Come Monday night, no call back. I called Tuesday and left messages, no call back. Repeat on Wednesday and Thursday as well to no avail. Once they collected the money for the wire-repair I was a ghost to them. Absolutely horrible way to treat customers, seeing as I had even told them I needed my FastTrak to navigate through Bay Area traffic the next two weeks. Thanks Rodrigo!

I've owned a string of Audis for the past 18 years and have had them serviced in Sacramento, Marin, and Rocklin. The service and attention to detail that I enjoyed at Elk Grove Audi surpassed any of my prior experiences. Mike, my Service Advisor, and MC, the Service Manager, took on an SQ5 accessory/appearance upgrade project with enthusiasm and a high level of expertise. They kept me abreast of progress made and choices available in a timely way and delivered a great outcome at a fair price. I especially enjoy their low-keyed approach and absence of snootyness (if that's a word), as compared to many other dealerships in our region. Given my great experience, I won't be going anywhere else for Audi service.

Nothing shy of 5 huge stars describes my experience with the service center at Elk Grove Audi! I was nervous having just bought my car through Carvana and hearing from another Audi service center that I would be looking at thousands of dollars in repairs with no understanding of how the 30 warranty worked or how or what would be covered, I left that location thinking I'd just lost my dream car to the ultimate bad fortune. The next morning I made one more call...to the service center at Elk Grove Audi! They got me right in and Lisa Thor, the angel that she is, quickly calmed my nerves. She understood the entire process with Carvana and their warranty provider. She ordered a detailed video inspection and they emailed it to me. She handled the claim, kept me posted with the adjuster, and figuratively held my hand through the whole process. Initially the engine repairs were done and the second part was putting on a whole new top! Virtually everything was covered (pun intended) and when I went back in for the top (I live several hours away) it wasn't quite ready so they offered me a VERY nice loaner car until I was able to get back. I can't emphasize enough how well I was treated at Elk Grove Audi. Every single person I came in contact with was kind and professional. They will be my go to dealership for everything from here on out. If ever I look to purchase another car it will be an Audi from them!
