Disappointing. Signed up my 3 year old for a trial Ninja Class for Monday, 01/08/24 at 6:30PM. However, once we arrived they said there are no Ninja classes on Monday's and was told incorrectly. It was very clear during my phone conversation that it was for ninja classes. What a waste of time. Will be going to a different gym.

Despite all the bad reviews I still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. I am now regretting my decision to have ever enrolled my daughter here. The staff is so rude, no one ever answers the phone, you do not get greeted when you enter nor do they even look or acknowledge you. There are zero updates with the coaches on the kids performances. It's been 2 months and I have yet to be introduced to the coach who teaches my daughters class. They also charge you for days and weeks they are closed due to holidays. This place is trash, avoid it at all cost.

Really wish I could give this place a higher rating because my son likes his class. BUT if you are signing up as a new customer then they do not offer any make up classes. I have never paid for any children's activity or sport or music lessons that have NO make up classes. In my opinion, the lack of make up classes really takes away from the value. So every single time that my son is sick this winter we will just be out the money paid for classes that he cannot attend. If it wasn't for this policy, I would be leaving five stars.

This review is about front desk customer service, not the instructors. The front desk does not answer phone calls. Called them Thursday, left a message, called them Friday, and emailed them Friday. It is Saturday and I called them again during their working hours around 10-11 am in the morning. No answer. No one calls back, and no one responds to emails. How do you guys operate this business with such awful customer communication? Tried to sign up for Parents Night Out kids care for an evening, and I couldn't, since no one answered, but they require you to sign up first. How?

This place is really good. I’m an optional lvl 9 gymnast. I have been practicing here for over 3 yrs. The optional coaches are super helpful and the teammates and environment is accepting and encouraging.

Short: Instructors are great with the kids and staff is friendly in person however, there is no communication with parents from staff outside of that.Long: This gym for some reason doesn’t have a functional notification system, so if classes are canceled on a certain day due to an event, you won’t be notified. This results in taking the time, and gas, to drive to the gym, find out in person classes are canceled, then drive back home. We’ve brought this up with staff each time it’s happened, and even followed-up with calls, but nothing has been addressed. And it’s not just us. Each time we went in, we heard other parents being told the same thing as they walked in, and they asked the same thing we did “was an email sent out?” After about the third time, staff at the front desk just gave us a paper calendar to take home and NOTE the days they have events for future reference. We stopped taking our kids there at one point because we got frustrated with how much time was wasted, and the back and forth with staff. There’s also no communication between the staff, parents, or even the instructors about how kids level up. When we asked how kids level up (move to the next level) we got one explanation from the instructor and a different explanation from the staff. To this day, we still haven’t received anything explaining what the kids work on at each level, how they’re tested, when they’re tested, etc. We ended up enrolling our kids again though, for their sake and enjoyment, and just dealt with the lack of a notification system. We have one kid in the Junior Ninja class and another kid in girls basic 2. We ended up entering all the future event dates in our calendar, on our phones, and setting reminders. No, it’s not a big deal to do that, but for how many students they have (a lot), and also considering they have people on wait lists for certain classes, they should have a functional notification system. So just be aware of this when signing up your kids here. Hope this helps.

My daughter was there for over an year. She only moved up because her age. They kept changing instructors. In a year she really didn't learn much. It was the same routine every week. She started to become uninterested.

I wish there were more gyms to choose from in this area. They rarely pickup the phone, it's next to impossible to get a hold of them via phone. The waitlists are long (took my girl over 6 months to get into a girls basic 1 class). There's no communication with parents before or during about expectations or progression. Apparently, evaluations are based on coaches' recommendations or by parents' requests only, so I guess it's possible for your child to stay in the same level forever and never move up. Then, when your child does move up, your child is given a passing certificate but no one tells you you need to go sign them up for the next class so that they can be waitlisted for the next level; which again, can take months for them to get into. And it's true, no one greets you and the coaches does not have time to talk to you, so if you have concerns or questions, you will need to make extra initiative to be heard. Granted my kids are young and don't know any better. They enjoy themselves and to them, it's just play (expensive play on my part).

Great place for kids. Have to go on a waitlist before being able to join. Big facility.

My two year old loves her toddler class. Ms. C is absolutely amazing. She's so patient and great with kids. Mila has learned so much in just the two months she's been here.

Communication is lacking from all areas. Coaches are hard to speak with, front desk is rude, not knowledgeable, and not friendly when entering. I don't think anyone has ever said hi or welcome when we have entered over the last 2 months at 3-4 times per week. I have not spoken to one coach since beginning which is terrible seeing as we are a competitive team. It is unbearable hot in the parent sitting area. Like I feel like I have just worked out for 3 hours hot and I'm just sitting there. Parking is terrible. Quality of coaching is fantastic. Gymnasts are learning great skills, being pushed and I am thrilled with the quality of instruction.

Great classes good coaches. Ladies at the front desk are lazy. I had called many times and they don’t pick up. pretty sure she silenced the phone so I doesn’t ring. Went there in person to sign k6 daughter up for parents night out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! They don’t answer or call back when you leave a message. When I went she said all day she was helping other people. I went there in the morning and nobody was there. No classes or anything I cannot believe how ridiculous the front desk service is !!!!! As I said great coaches and amazing service but front desk service is awful! They do not care and are lazy!
