When i went to the Dollar tree in Sheldon Road a girl was so nicer

Rude cashier lady “mrs. Kitty” first started with a condescending tone about putting dividers between peoples items stating that she knew what we had as well as telling the person behind “ i see what you got” the whole time she was talking down to my mom whos first language is not english. She takes a phone call while scanning items, as shes distracted she scans some items twice and then proceeds to grab the items the person behind us had and when my mom told her to “thats not mine, its theirs” she gave the worst attitude to her. She takes out the two items she scanned that werent ours and then proceeds to charge me, my mom says she didnt take off the items she accidentally scanned and that she scanned our items extra times. Mrs kitty side eyes her removes the two extra items and aggressively tells my mom that she got 24 items while my mom recounted and said there are 20. Mrs kitty flips out and grabs the bags and says ill count them and while my mom was gonna help by grabbing the bag mrs kitty almost slaps her hand away and tells her dont you count it ill count it. In total there were not 24 items and mrs kitty was trying to say we got a couple drinks when we only got one. She removes the items and i pay, at this point theres a huge line waiting and i feel bad for everyone else in there. The worst part about this all is when my mom was asking where we are going after and mrs kitty tells her to be quiet and stop talking that she can understand what my mom was saying. I told her not to tell her to be quiet and that she was talking to me about our plans. She has absolutely no right to treat customers this way. We were both very calm and collected and my mom with no ill intentions and no bad attitude to such a person got treated so badly it pains me.

Thank you for the bunny ears Dollar Tree. The Easter area was a mess, quite picked over. But I was looking for bunny ears, found a great selection of them. Good customer service, friendly staff member, but a huge line with only one cashier/register open, not so good.

I would give it zero star if I could. First & last time shopping at Dollar Tree at location: 7020 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95823. I was mistreated by the worst and rudest cashier ever in my life on Jan. 05, 2024, around 12:40pm. She is a black middle-aged woman by the name Su. I've never shop at Dollar Tree before but have always heard good things about them from family and friends. I happened to be driving by the one off Stockton blvd and 65th. So, I thought I'd check it out. There were so many selections. I was impressed with the many selections of items they have and how inexpensive they were. I thought to myself, this is a great place to shop. Well, that was before I went to checkout with the most unprofessional and rudest cashier I've ever met by the name SU. She's a middle-aged black woman. I was waiting patiently to be helped by her while she was still helping the customer in front of me. While waiting to be help, other customers came behind me and started to put their items on the counter, too. So, I reached for the divider stick and put it between our items so that their items and my items do not get mixed together. The belt counter kept moving non-stop. The cashier SU grabbed the divider and yelled at me and said, "Why did you do that?" I was confused and puzzled. I didn't understand what she meant by that. I then said to her in a calm voice, " I don't know what you mean? I didn't do anything. You did that if you mean why the counter is moving. So, I attempted to get the divider again. She snatched the divider from my hand and yelled again, "Don't touch my shit! This is the problem, if you don't touch it!" She was very rude and angry . She said, "You touch it!" referring to the divider stick. I replied, "Yes, because I didn't want their stuff to get mixed with mine. She didn't care and still yelled at me for something I didn't even understand. She didn't give me a clear explanation as to why she was so angry. I still didn't understand. After she was done yelling at me, she turned to the people behind me and asked, "Who's next?" I told her that I am next I am before them! She refused to help me. So, I left my item on the counter and said to her, "You shouldn't work in customer service with that kind of attitude. Yiu are very unprofessional! She yelled back at me, "Don't make me go over there! She threatened to beat me. I can't believe that Dollar Tree or any company would hire such a vulgered and rude employee like her. With that kind of attitude and unprofessionalism, she shouldn't be serving the public, and she should be fired! I can't believe that Dollar Tree would allow this kind of aggressive behavior. She definitely needs anger management therapy.

Cashier talking on phone while on the job don’t want to get balloons for customers say only balloon is already pumped. She don’t want to get up and pumped the balloons you were Her requested other employees say they can’t help you with balloons so you have to go to the cashier And very rude

Absolutely disgusting and neglectful. I can't even step foot in here again. And I'm not the only one saying this, trust me. I've never seen a store in worse condition. It's dirty and disorganized. Dollar tree is a multi billion dollar corporation. You can afford a professional cleaning crew for after hours or manage staff better to do their job of caring for the store. There's no excuse for it to get to this point.

I just left this store and am speechless! I've been coming to this location for years and I'm unsure what's been going on the last few months. This is the 3rd time we've in a month and it's soooo dirty! Floors look FILTHY, product EVERYWHERE, items completely unorganized. Are they undergoing new management, just seems like there is no guidance happening: I seen several employees standing around stocking the (overfilled) shelves, but didn't seem to care they're stepping on products already not put away?? I am not bougie by any means, this just falls into being unsanitary and I want to be happy spending my money somewhere that appreciates it and gives a s*** if the environment is clean and safe for my children that I shop with.

I don't know if it's always like this but this store was messy when I went. It was as if a tornado hit the store because there were things all over the floor. I went in looking for a calendar for this new year but they only had kid's calendars or calendars with very small boxes to write in. They had a cashier but I didn't see anyone else in there to offer customer assistance.
