Always fun at the tree the clerks are helpful and usually a happy lot, as is with many discount stores great bargains are if'ee packages small some half full for the price so you buy what you need not what you see lots of junk stuff that don't last long

Very messy and do not offer a wide range of crafts and decor. I have to drive 1hr to my hometown dollar tree to get Decorations. The Cashiers are very nice. And they open up new registers when the lines gets long.

I went to 3 Dollar Trees to find the balloons I needed. So I want to specifically rate the one at 8696 Elk Grove Blvd. An older woman helped me. She either always has a bad attitude or was having a bad day already at 9:47am. No need to go into specifics on her rudeness. I just want to say if you're not able to at least pretend to be pleasant then don't work in customer service. I always treat the workers with respect. Yes Ma'am or Sir, please and thank you. Because I've been in their shoes and know they deal with difficult or rude ppl and I try to be the difference or the one that proves there are nice/ polite ppl. To that worker- work on your people skills!

Horrible customer service. I was in line for 10min and the line didn't move an inch. There was no greeting when I walked in and seemed that they didn't care if customer walked out. I will never go there again. Hopefully they will hire harder working and more experienced workers.
