CVS has many stores in the Sacramento area. This one at the corner of Bradshaw Road and Calvine Road is one of the newer and better stores.
This CVS store has a big enough parking lot that I can always get a parking space near the main entrance. The store is very well-lit and spotless. Most items are in stock, and the cashier is fast at the checkout counter.

The people that work here leave the front counter often and dont come back. I've seen multiple customers walk out with items because we're all waiting for so long for someone to help us.

Best store team, friendly and they offer welcome assistance to all. Clean store, easy to find what I need. Store had all the items I was looking for. Great shop for quick treats and family medicine. Highly recommend.

Very upset with the pharmacy. Picked up a prescription for my dad after surgery, & I was not given all of the medications. The pharmacy failed to give the pain medication (which is obviously important), and did not disclose that they were not giving it to me NOR that it was out in stock. I had to call back the next day and pry this information out of them only to be told it was on back order. Why they waited more than 12 hours to share this is beyond negligent. Spoke with the pharmacist on duty at 9:15am on 11/16 directly and she attempted to praise her staff for never having encountered this problem before -although she disclosed that the medication is needed by multiple patients. Apparently this is a running issue given the reviews citing similar experiences. They are aware and choose to do nothing! Immediate training on standard operating procedures & ethical compliance is needed. ALL INFORMATION RE THE AVAILABILITY OF MEDS MUST BE DISCLOSED UPFRONT. You cannot keep pertinent information from the patients you serve. I am baffled by the incompetence of licensed professionals at this location. Discipline needs to be taken to suspend certification.

This is the best CVS in customer service. The people are always so nice and helpful. The cashier goes over my receipt coupons before handing them to me. That’s very useful. This is my favorite store for running in for quick items on my way home.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest to home so I gave them many chances. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they tell you they will be. I often have to come back multiple times. They forget to order prescriptions that are out of stock, and if you call them they put you on hold and never get back to you. I've never encountered a worse pharmacy.

Incompetent yet very kind. Good if you get refills for standing rx. If you have questions about a cold or meds related to cold staff not helpful. Very slow so if you need an rx quickly in 1-2 hours it will not be ready until next day. Limited hours if you get off late. Staff will politely give a runaround about not know the answer to your question. Nice store nice location. Again staff is kind.

Great pharmacy. Carefully of the USPS delivery service though....I got charged and no meds. And they weren't returned to CVS. Getting tracking numbers to locate them, very big hassle.

First the pharmacy got a new system so certain medications are never in stock and have to be ordered when it is time for a refill, every single month, which means I go without! Then they reduced their pharmacy hours to 8pm during Covid and never went back. NOW, they reduced hours and close at 7pm daily and earlier on Sunday. I went to pickup and found out the hard way and am without medication! I’m done with CVS, which I used for convenience even though their prices are way higher than Walmart and other stores. Ridiculous!

I questioned pharmacist Aisha about my prescription medicine I can pick up at cvs locatied at Bradshaw Road not other pharmacy which far away from my house and also I always pick up my prescription medicine at there. She talked me despite sounds like mocked me over the phone. I felt like I got mocked by her!! I had uncomfortable conversation with her. She was very unprofessional talking with patient!!!
