Visited this location to inquire about switching carriers and was immediately greeted by Sufiyah! She was so sweet and helpful and just took over and made it so easy for me to switch from boost mobile, she helped call to get all my information and just made it to where I had to do 0 work. I got two free iPhone SE's when I switched and got their unlimited plan, which also came with HBO max which is super helpful so that's one less streaming app to pay. Overall I love the service and I'm so glad I switched.

The service is AMAZING at this location ! I can't tell you how much difference it is coming from Verizon and getting real one on one personal experience . The employees and owner all live around the corner , know my name personally and don't push sales down my throat . This kind of trust really makes me walk out each time knowing I get the most out of my service provider . Sure the service is also excellent it's AT&T owned and unlike those MVNOS that claim they use att service cricket has higher priority or quality of service so your getting excellent speeds and coverage without the congestion that other kinks five . I was Spectacle at first but 4 years later I wish I left this review sooner .

Highly recommend Cricket! Loyalty isn't the same as it was or meant years ago. I made the change from AT&T to Cricket after 20 years, should've done it years ago. Customer service at its finest, a place to go if needed, this location appreciates your business. I've also got my mother to change over to Cricket, and she got exceptional great service there today. I had one small issue with them in the past, it was resolved and worked out. In today's world, it's nice to have a location to visit with actual people that are willing to assist. I refer everyone to cricket!

This store has been out for so long and I have never been disappointed. Throughout the years and the pandemic, the staff remained courteous and ensured that they were keeping customers safe. Other than the amazing customer service, my speeds are great too with the 5g coverage

This is a review of the Cricket Wireless Retailer located at 8145 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758 -- Worst customer service ever. I left the store feeling completely defeated. And for goodness sake, the store has a sign on the front door asking customers to please wear a mask - why doesn't the customer service rep need a mask? My impression of this store is it's barely open for business. Two stars seems like a generous rating. Scott W.
