I went into the Cricket store and the employee there was very helpful to us he was able to fix my phone email problem and now everything is working great I'll refer my Family and Friends to this Cricket store for sure because of the Awesome service we received from the employee thank you so much for your Support God Bless you and your Store Mr.Lawrence Gallow

If Muhammad is working, do yourself a favor and go to another cricket. He's going to lie and scam you... let me explain. I walked in looking to port over from Verizon for the cheaper $40ish plan bringing MY OWN phone (this is a key part). I have all my necessary info ready to make his job easier. So as he works on getting me all set, it was clear he had no idea what he was doing because he was on his phone calling for help throughout it all, which in itself isn't bad, help is okay. But he told me as someone porting over I HAD to activate on the $50-60 plans no possible way for the cheaper plans. I said $55 was chill cause it was cheapest. Against my judgment I said that's fine because it was still cheaper than Verizon, even though I knew that was false because I called another cricket prior. Besides the point. So he's working on it and then on the card machine it popped up this huge transaction that included a used iPhone 11 (I was bringing my own iPhone 13 mini) and the $60 plan. I asked what all that was and he assured me it was nothing and that it'll delete itself and be fixed. And also mentioned how what he was trying to was apply some b.s coupon for me to save me some money as a first timer. I said alright cool thanks. It took quite some time to finish over. And before making me aware of where he was along in the process, bam he's all done and I'm ready to go. It'll only be $98 and change. Almost a hundred bucks for what? He then told me that they couldn't print receipts in store and it had to be emailed to me. Upon checking my email he put me on the plan I didn't ask for, and also charged me $43 for the full sales tax of the iPhone 11 I didn't have, ask for, or need. Overall I'd say the experience isn't the type of experience that makes you wanna recommend this place to anyone you care about. It's unfortunate...

Avoid this store and go to another!I went to this store the other night and explained that I wanted their $30 5G plan. The sales rep told me that the only way I could have that plan was by first purchasing their most expensive plan and then downgrading the following month. After looking around online, I found that this was untrue. As the sales rep didn't seem brand new or incompetent, I can only assume that he was lying to boost his monthly numbers which feels extremely petty. I ultimately went to another location and was able to pick the plan I wanted without issue.

Brand new store great promos right by my house ! They owned by At&t and use their network ! Much cheaper no contract or credit check . And yes metro customers they got phones ! And they don't force u on a phone you don't want just because it's in stock! It's connected to a chevron gas station can't miss it !
