“I came across their page from a Laguna forums post on ig. As a sports mom when I saw the bag, I immediately asked my husband to stop by the boutique and pick one up for me. Unfortunately, they were sold out. As the bag is in high demand for all the EG sports mom's, what did they do? They placed another order! I love it! That's what you call customer service! The lady that spoke to my husband said we were first on the list to receive a call when the bags came in, I said, please call them and pay for it so I know that we will get the bag. That's how bad I wanted the bag. The lady he spoke with was so kind to take our payment over the phone. Sunday came around and I called the boutique to see the status and the lady I spoke with was sooooo sweet. She said let me check on it for you and call the owner. She called me back within 2 minutes! Amazing! She updated me with the status as the bag was not in. A few days later the bag was in and I they reached out to me and let me know. I love love love my tote, bc if you know me, my children and sports and cheer are my life! Lol. When I posted the bag on ig my friend's reached out and requested. I contacted their Instagram page, fast response and they have put 2 bags aside for me. I am so thankful! When you talk about customer service and going above and beyond! I am looking forward to purchasing clothes and other items as I see on their Instagram page they have a lot of trendy clothing, I see they also raise money for the community. That just shows me they are genuine and have big hearts. If you ate looking for a local boutique for the latest fashions or even this cute tote, I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! “Great shoe selection...good name brands HURLEY, CONVERSE, UNDER ARMOUR, HURLEY, POLO, REEBOK, DOC MARTINS, ADIDAS, VANS , GUESS, PUMA, MADDEN GIRL, SKETCHERS, AESICS .... tennis shoes, pool shoes, Sandals, slides, Boots, some but not many womens heels/ dress shoes... lots of variations but not in every size...meaning many styles and colors were available in only a couple different sizes...some were only in one size. Really nice to find good shoes at decent prices though!! only reason for 1 less star is I saw a cute pair of pool slides and it was the only pair no price though...there were a few employees close but the 2 women in the shoe area seemed very busy.. there were 2 guys just kinda standing around....white dress shirt black pants and hanging out by exit which is adjacent to shoe area... i wasnt sure they/he wasnt just security (and greeter/s) but when i saw one of them putting shoes back i chanced asking him if he could price check or if i needed to ask cashier...he took the shoes.. left briefly came back and said 50$ i said there were several other shoes ..sandals and tennis shoes by that brand and none were 50$.... the most expensive pair by that brand was 35$ he shrugged. When i tried to ask if there was anyone else who could check he just said 50$ and walked away ...also he didnt bring them back which was weird. So his unhelpful rudeness is why i docked a star...* note i had (and spent) over $150 in other shoe pairs when this occurred. Im sure it wasnt me ... he seemed unhappy in general..i think maybe the cashier had asked him to put those away and it wasnt his typical duty(?) still, i didnt appreciate it.
Prices reasonable and otherwise great trip... I will most likely look here for tennis shoes in the future...they even had aesics! (Avg 25-38$ on msrp 40-60). The Doc Martin Dress shoe-boots were $50...but MSRP is 90$+”

“Hey it's a Ross, aim low score in the middle? Let's get real, every Ross is just a big pile of leftover stuff and ach store has a different pile. If you don't expect the royal treatment, you may walk out with more than you expected. And watch out, if you like it there may only be 1 left, so grab it before someone else does and check the price at the register to make a final decision. And you know what, even though it's not a swanky store, most of the employees have a great attitude so be nice if you can.”
