The Chevron gas station on Laguna has a very weak air pump. It is too weak and will not pump up a tire. In fact, while I was trying to fill my tires, it was leaking air out from my tires. I was surprised to find out that my tires were made unsafe by using the air pump.

Best Chevron in Elk Grove! Love this super clean gas station ⛽️ at all times. The mini mart is incredibly organized and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel safe here. Five stars⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Chevron gas station is clean, convenient, and safe. This is a gas station at the corner of Laguna Blvd and West Stockton Blvd. Very easy to get in and out of the gas station. The gas pumps are clean and available most of the time. Of course, Chevron has the most expensive fuel prices compared to other gas stations. But they also have the best gasolines. The convenience store at this location is big and carries most of the snacks and drinks you want for a quick and easy purchase. Overall, this is a great gas station if you don't mind spending a few bucks more.

To owner:Today Saturday 9/2/2023 at 12:16The cashier cashed out my scratcher without checking ID, and buying a scratcher, cashier asked for ID? Please fire the old people and hire youngsters because at least they can provide better customer service and understanding the law. Which law says cash out scratcher without ID and buying a scratcher check ID? She made her own law fire her I won’t ever come to this location chevron, learn some customer service from Arco AM,PM. They are too good. It’s a shame for chevron declining service and cashing out scratcher without ID and buying a scratcher check ID, bad policy chevron.

I go here at least once per week. The employees are very personable. I enjoy my interactions with them.

Came in to order cigarette, they had a special posted on front cashier saying buy any two pack Marlboro save 2$ and I asked for 10 and the guy said he will only have the savings of $2 one time. I told them I never had a issue with the cashier scanning 5 times and he said he ain't going to do this 5 times, then I asked for management, he said she here you can talk to and I asked her and she said no with her eyes rolled back like exorcism . I told her I never had this experience before and she then said she can do it. And i was pretty upset about the whole situation. This is not how you guys run business here. No costumer service whatsoever.discrimination discrimination practice in this location. I went a few blocks down to another chevron extra mile and they were happy to sell me the 10 pack of cigg with the savings they advertised unlike this location. Jerry said he ain't going to scan it 5x for me. So I don't know what's the deal with them. Judi the site manager kept repeatedly saying I can go ahead with the complaint she will deny it . Very professional. Instead of making things right, she rather have me escalate this

I've noticed every time I use this gas station for gas I end up having my credit card information stolen. I've been using Shell since then and no issues. My wife randomly used this gas station last month and then her information was stolen. Won't ever go here again...

Because I went to another extra mile chevron and there was no issues getting the savings as advertised. Jerry said he ain't going to scan it 5x for me and I can see that he hated his job there. Instead of making things right, she rather have me escalate this. Asked for their corporate office number and she wouldn't give it to me.

Wish I could give zero stars! I put my card in and it makes me go see the cashier. So then I try a different pump thinking maybe it's just that one. Nope! Other pump does the same thing! What good is the convenience of paying at the pump if I have to take my stuff, lock my car, and go inside to stand in line and guesstimate how much I need to fill up?!?!!? This gas station is in a nice location as it's right by the freeway entrance which would have been convenient if I didn't have to go inside! I refuse to go inside as it is ridiculous, inconvenient and complete waste of my time. Not my fault their machine doesn't work so left to go to another gas station. It's not my card because it worked fine at another gas station! Ridiculous!

Rude service. Was being demanded by Chad to pump $50 of gas instead of my $30 as requested or else he wouldn't accept my $100 bill. I asked if he could possibly check to see if he had change in 5's or 10's and he refused. He instead simply asked his female co worker to check in her drawer and she clearly had change but Chad said he couldn't afford to hand out what she had. I've worked at gas stations in the past and from what I remember they shouldn't deny nor force you to change the quantity of gas in order to get serviced with a big bill.
