Overall, clean store. Boyfriend and I came here during the night, and the cashier guy was nice enough to stop cleaning and allow us to use the restroom. Has a good selection of snacks. Lastly, the cashier guy was friendly.

Rudest cashier ive ever met. Pump prices are higher than advertised, and when i pointed it out i was ignored until i said it again, then he angrilyh told me to call customer service. I asked for the number and he told me to look it up and walked away. I left and just looked up Chevrom Corporate Customer Compmlaint website and left a scathing review with all the other details about my less than happy visit. He's always be rude to me and everyone I see him deal with, but this was the final straw

I went yesterday to buy icees for my family. There is a sign posted at the front that says see cashier for cups. I asked the cashier (Gurhdeep) for three cups and three lids. He starts to put the lids on our cups for us. I politely ask if I can put the lids on our our cups for sanitary reasons. Gurhdeep tossed the cup and told us to buy icees somewhere else. We live in Elk Grove and I will never be attending this station again. After reading other reviews, I noticed I am not the only one who has been treated poorly by Gurhdeep specifically. Chevron Corporate will be hearing from me this week!

The outside is clean looking parking is a issue sometimes. The cashier is usually nice but the manager/ owners son is a a****** I mean a straight d******** The owner is pretty much a j*** also. Like they say like father like son. I am surprised some of these cashier's have worked for these people for so long, I feel bad for the workers. As long as you don't have to deal with the owner or manager you will be fine. Chevron on East Stockton Blvd in Elk Grove

HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER HOT FOOD AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH ITS ADVERTISED. HIGH GAS PRICES, BETTER ONES NEARBY. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HERE TO SERVE COMMUNITY. ABOVE ALL, THEY COMPLETELY REPRESENT THE MOST NEGATIVE VIEWS THAT WE, THE CONSUMERS, MAY HAVE OF THEIR CULTURE..... THE CULTURE OF GAS STATION OWNERS WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, NOT TO SHARE MUTUAL RESPECT. THESE GUYS SUCKED!

Hate to say how disappointed I was in the service I received today while visiting chevron. This location has been one of my most frequent stops ever since they created their Instagram page and started selling local craft beers. This morning I saw that they had received a limited bottle of Hennessy. As I walked in the team member behind the counter "Gurdeep" (I believe his name was) was there. I asked for the new bottle of Hennessy that they had posted for sale, he asked for my ID and I gave it to him, he confirmed my age and returned me my ID. He asked what size I wanted and I said "the limited box you posted on Instagram" he then showed me the small and the 750 size bottle. I again told him "it is a limited edition, comes in box" then he showed me bottle of Remy Martin and then I saw the box on display and told him it was that one. He then walked the box to the register attempted to ring me up but the price was not coming up. I asked if I could see the bottle and he ignored my question and started calling another worker by the phone. As he was on the phone, I reached for the box and he pulled it closer to him. He finally got the price, then I asked if I could see the bottle. He frustratedly opened the box, pulled out the bottle and showed me. I then reached for the bottle and he was still holding on to it not allowing me to see it. So I asked "can I see the bottle?" And he got angry and assumed I was going to steal it. I turned around and walked away. If you are a person of color, I would recommend to be careful when going to this establishment SMH. Unfollowed their Instagram and will not be returning again.

This Chevron was in a location which was pretty easy to access. The gas lines were not too bad so I didn't really have to wait in line that long. I used the credit card self pay at the pump and had no issues. The prices were in line with the gas stations near buy. However There was large truck at the pump ahead of me so I couldn't pull exactly in front of the pump. I will have to let others know, the pump doesn't have much slack so I could barely pull it to the gas tank. Other than that, I was able to fill up and the receipt machine worked out fine.

This gas station has a bunch of craft beer options. There are even many local beers. My new spot go to spot.

I park at the gas pump and go inside. I'm pregnant and in dire need of a restroom. I ask him if the restroom is locked or if I may use it. He says it's for customers only. I say I am a customer. He says "where's your car?" Like WOW. Unnecessary. I said the Prius on pump 4. He says yeah okay. That's not how you treat people.

Very bad customer service. Had emergency situation and needed to use restroom. These people didn’t let me do that. All restrooms over the sudden are out of service. Very very upset. Want these employees to be punished for such a disrespect!!! Didn’t expect that from the chevron gas stations. I don’t use arco gas stations because of poor customer service and never working restrooms for more than 4 years now. Even One star rating is too much for this location.
