This bank is very clean and welcoming. However I a had some questions about taking a loan for my business and they weren't very helpful. They just told me that I needed to go online to apply. I wasn't ready to apply, I wanted some information how the loans work and they were very brief.

We come here mostly to get foreign currency for when we travel the world. They offer the service when you have a card or an account with them. It is really convenient and quick . You get your new cash in two business days. The rate is changed everyday just like the rate exchange. The cash you get is always fresh and new so it's pretty nice. The staff here are super friendly and it is an enjoyable time.

I would give this location more stars, but Justin there doesn't know how to do math. I asked for 50 dollars in 2 dollar bills. Not a 100. I said what I said, and he didn't understand what I meant. My friend that came with me clarified that I made sense of what I had told him. But all he did was stared and sign at me like I wasn't making sense. I had to call my cousin and sister to make sure I wasn't tripping.

Both Lisa Sealy & Christine Wang have served me here in person. I was extremely satisfied & impressed with their customer service. They made me feel welcomed & heard. Lisa even gave me a call months after our in person appt to check up on me & ask if I had any questions/concern with Chase lately. Thank you to these bank tellers! Keep up the excellent customer service!

I seldom use this branch of Chase Bank. It's clean, I don't have a rapport with staff and the customer service is always great. It's not in my daily travels/route. But when I do use it, the staff members are always courteous, friendly, polite and represent Chase well.

Thank you JJ for your lack of service towards JP Morgan Chase banks business clients. Every time I come in your excuse is "I have an appointment" all I needed to do was change my business address on the account and order new checks. A 5 minute procedure. There was nobody in line waiting for you and your supposed appointment 11 minutes from the time I requested such a simple task that wasn't even present you could have easily completed the task twice before your appointment arrived. I am considering switching banks as this is not the first time I hear that from this representative. What kind of customer service is that?
