This bank is very clean and welcoming. However I a had some questions about taking a loan for my business and they weren't very helpful. They just told me that I needed to go online to apply. I wasn't ready to apply, I wanted some information how the loans work and they were very brief.

I seldom use this branch of Chase Bank. It's clean, I don't have a rapport with staff and the customer service is always great. It's not in my daily travels/route. But when I do use it, the staff members are always courteous, friendly, polite and represent Chase well.
