Out of six people one person possibly a manager a man in a booth was excellent service helped me understood everything I asked 100% positive review for him, everyone else?I said verbatim I would like to go over my account, at which point the person responded I would like to open an account? at which point I had to explain again no I would like to go over my account at which point the person was clearly even more confused by the very clear words that were spoken and there was no language barrier between the two of us, she then proceeded to ask me multiple questions which were irrelevant because I already told her my intentions I should not have to ask permission or provide reasons to go over my account it should be a statement and a demand, and not actually in the phrase of a question, so then I tell the lady could I speak with somebody else and two ladies next to her start saying irrelevant questions at me also at which point I explained to her verbatim I clearly said I would just like to go over my account, the lady says that's basically meaningless and did not make sense and I explained to her that's an actual verbatim phrase that's commonly used in the banking industry " i would like to go over my account "it's not like some weird phrase that I just created that you have to decipher amongst four people couldn't figure that out , and you don't get to follow that up with why do I need to go over my account or other questions it's none of your business until it's told to you, another woman that I sat down with made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable and rushed and I told her to please slow down I needed to count my money and if I was bothering her I could just leave basically, Chase needs some serious customer service training

I was humiliated by bank teller and Mgr a couple of months ago while trying to cash a check given to me by a merchant who banks with them. They implied the check might be fraudulent and refused to verify the check with a simple funds verification or and call the issues? Chase has a history of discriminatory practices and unfortunately this behavior is still accuring!

Very friendly. Helped us open a new account. Nice atmosphere. Competitive rates. Helped us move money between one bank and this one.

Every time I call the bank never pick up a phone. That’s a big thumb down.

Absolutely horrendous experience with an employee today. Spoke to the branch manager who justified the employees, racism and misogyny. It's a shame because I've never had to deal with this sort of behavior at any other location.

God forbid your loved ones use this bank and pass away. Even with all the legal documents this bank does not have the experience and knowledge to handle estates. Unfortunately we lost both our parents within a short time and this bank is pouring salt on a huge open wound. Do yourself a favor and check with your parents now.

So the banker I've been dealing with seems good. No problems there. It's the people we keep having to call who seem not all there. I just created the account and it's somehow already blocked. Then we sent in all necessary paperwork to unblock it yesterday before closing. They said it may take up to 4 hours to process. I came back about 24 hours later and they said they never received it. This is the fourth time I've been here 4 times in 2 weeks and things aren't straightened. I asked the banker and she said this has happened before. Maybe this isn't the bank for me... I don't have time to go back and forth to complete things which should be handled over the phone. If it wasn't for the banker at the branch being nice and knowledgeable, this would be a 1 star review

Convenient location, nice employees, but it seems the employees keep rotating, even the managers.
But if you need something, they know how to take care of you. Have a problem, they may not be able to personally fix it, but they will help you with the custom service phone person and help you fix it, and sometimes having an employee on the phone with customer service gets you better/quicker service.
Actually, when I've had problems like possible disputing charges or getting a new card because I think someone might have hacked an account that had my card number on it, they have immediately jumped to help me, put the money back while disputing charges and gotten me a new card before the end of a week.
Actually Chase is the first bank organization I feel my money is secure in. I've had BofA, Wells Fargo, and a couple Credit Unions, but Chase is the first bank that I don't feel has tried to screw me over ever and is always willing to help without trying to charge me a fee.

I've banked with Chase for over 10 years. They became my bank because they acquired Washington Mutual. I've never had any issues and they provide good customer service.

One of the best banks I have used since I started banking so many years ago. Friendly staff, clean locations, and enough branch's to make finding a location easy.

I went to this bank to deposit a check, when the teller saw the amount of the check she talked to her manager to get confirmation that she could deposit it. The manager took one look at me and told her that I couldn’t deposit it because the agency that wrote the check to me spelled my name wrong. So I had the check revised and went back into the bank. They then told me that there was a limit on the amount that I could deposit. They said it was a limit of 10,000 which I knew was a lie , so I called the chase bank around the corner and asked was there a limit to what I could deposit and they said no. So I visited this other chase bank and they deposited my check no questions asked. The manager and employees of this bank are dirtbags and bigots.
