Banking with Chase for over 20+ years. This Elk Grove location is my favorite banking place, staffs are always nice and friendly.

Customer service is friendly and efficient. Not as handicap friendly with multiple issues. If you asre in need of handicap services use the drive-thru. Parking is incorrectly laid out and at times dangerous. No marked walkway from parking into bank. ATM parking isn't marked nor are the handicap signs.

To make appointment to notarize a document, Quizzed for 10 minutes 11/2/23 at 4.25 PMThen waited at Elk Grove Florin Br at Elk Grove for 20 minutes. Mr. Tonny said he cannot notarize this document Although I used chase many time to notarize the same document in the past. it is a facility given to customers, not selective, no discretion for Tonny. Unprofessional is an understatement for this bank. The representatives here will not only talk over you but LIE straight to your face. I had deposited a check that was already cleared and they LIED straight to my face saying there was insufficient funds from the check maker’s bank while refusing to acknowledge the evidence that I had provided showing them otherwise. After being exposed of their lies, they called the cops on me for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

I can see why this branch has a 2.4 rating.My wife and I walked in just before 930 on a Saturday morning. The branch was empty except for 1 customer inside. We started to walk over to a gentleman at his desk who we noticed was sitting with his computer off, cell phone in hand and seemed to be texting, on Facebook or something like that, either way was on his personal phone and not working. It looked like he wasn’t doing anything, and we were a customer in need so we approached him.As we started to walk over to him a woman at the tellers desk didn’t say ‘hello’ but rather, “do you have an appointment?” My wife said “No, but it looks like he’s available.” She responded and said ‘let me call and see if he’s free.’ So we’re standing in the middle, teller is at our left and the gentleman is on our right as we watch her pick up the phone, call him and watch him answer. They got off the phone, he then walks over to us and says “I have an appointment soon.”He didn’t even know what we were coming on for which was simply to add my wife to my existing account. He preceded to explain that it takes a long time to open up an account when my wife explained to him we didn’t want to open another account. He then rolled his eyes and repeated himself when Ernesto Martinez walked over and told us “Hey guys I’ll take care of you, no problem. how are you doing?… what can I do for you….mind you that one customer just left Ernesto’s desk.That’s the difference in the level of service that Ernesto provides versus the other two employees at this branch. Ernesto blew us away and completely turned around our experience. He was personable, funny, intelligent, and handled our needs in under 30 min. As we got up to leave, we saw the first non-working gentleman’s appointment arrive as he greeted them.Thank you Ernesto for showing up to work. And to CHASE, you might want to hire people that want to do the same, even if it’s a Saturday.This would’ve been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the rude employees, because Ernesto is a phenomenal asset to this branch.

If there is 0 start I would give 0, not worth start at all. My husband and I came to this branch hoping to get help for our account that was compromised. There's no customer but us. The male banker was standing chitchatting with another female banker.

Thanks to the friendly, patient and helpful staff. It's always a pleasure to take care of business with then. Sometimes there are things that require being n person. It can be a bit of a hassle but the tellers bridge that hassle and make it to nearly a fun time! lol

Chase is a full service bank with great customer service at their many locations. The online mobile app works great too and even provides coaching on how to improve your credit score.

The staff very unprofessional. To sum everything up they would not help our situation in any shape way or form. I don't understand, the chase bank are quick to take your money. There legal department is garbage. im sorry they really don't know how to do there job. There quik to put a leave on your account, but to take it off they will push almost every one of your buttons.

I really don't like going into this particular Chase branch because of the terrible customer service. The 1 STAR REVIEWS are true, I have had bad experiences before with Chase employees from this branch in the past, not just today. The staff and the manager are lazy. The people working at this branch would rather hang out behind the glass talking and joking amongst themselves than to help us customers who bank with Chase. To those of you reading this review, listen to me, the staff working there are not interested in assisting you. I was in this particular branch today, 5/17/2022, wanting assistance with a bank to bank money transfer and although there were no customers inside the bank at the time, I would told to wait until someone gets back from lunch. At the time I was told this, there were two bank employees behind the counter just standing there, not helping anyone... and one of these employees was the manager. Chase, GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE, these lazy employees are ruining your good standing with the Elk Grove community.

Very bad customer support from Chase employees whenever I visit this particular branch and I don't go in very often for this reason. Bottom line, if you are hired by Chase to provide customer service for people who visit this branch, then do your job and stop standing around doing nothing!

Teller was very put out when asked to do multiple deposits instead of talking to me and explaining the situation in an easy nice manner she rolled her eyes gathered all of the deposits and went to complain to her manager about doing deposits. Completely understand that I am supposed to only do deposits at the ATM. Now. However at this location for the last nine months I have regularly come in and made deposits inside the bank. Without issue and never needing a deposit slip even with multiple deposits. Again moving forward not an issue. extremely rude teller. if it's company policy maybe everyone should follow it explicitly instead of allowing a person to do the same thing for nine months without issue and then have an issue with a customer who doesn't understand the policy and treat them like a bad word.
