Charles is very knowledgeable about the home selling process and about the market. He knew that I needed a quick sale while also having recieving competitive offer. After our initial meeting, they got everything set up right away without wasting any time. He is very professional and any problem that came up, they were ready to work through it and ease any concerns I may have had. Barely a month, we were able to get multiple offers. I’m very impressed with his service and happy working with his team!

I owe it all to Charles and his team for making my first ‘big-girl-purchase’ the easiest, fastest, and smoothest process I have ever experienced. And this is coming from somebody who knows nothing about the housing market and all that it entails. My cousin referred me to Charles in February since Charles also helped my cousin and her family get their perfect home in Rancho Cordova. Charles got in touch with me and kept in constant communication throughout the year while I kind of put off house-hunting since I felt I wasn’t focused on the process just yet. I finally was able to let Charles know I was ready in August. He took all my considerations, concerns, and preferences and suggested homes within my budget and location. Charles is very knowledgeable and embodies the true definition of a hard worker. He and his team constantly checked in with me and made me feel comfortable about the buying process: from pre-approvals, to visiting houses, to running numbers, to making an offer, to escrow, and finally to close. I am so grateful for their extreme diligence and excellent line of communication throughout the process. It took less than 2 weeks for the entire process and I’m so happy with the home! Words aren’t enough to express my appreciation for Charles and his team in helping me buy the perfect home. I highly, 100% recommend Charles and his team to take care of your home buying experience!
