Everyone at California Custom Trailers was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and simply down to earth. We bought a Polaris from the owner Travis in Paso Robles at a fair price and they took care of everything. It was such a good experience that I went to the Elks Grove store and bought a landscape trailer from Nicole the next month. Awesome experience and they come with my highest recommendation! Travis just seems to hire good people!

I had a wonderful experience here with my father and the salesperson who helped us, Graeme. My dad is a bit older and had a lot of questions about pricing, parts, and installations. Graeme was SO knowledgeable and made my father feel very comfortable and confident in making decisions while shopping. The selection we were shown was large, a good thing I suppose, but Graeme helped us narrow down choices until we found the right product for us. I typically don’t leave reviews but I needed to shoutout this customer service. Other employees we interacted with were also kind and seemed to be working hard, overall a great place to buy parts and get advice/questions answered. Thank you California Custom!

We recently purchased a Ranger 1000. Upon our arrival, we noticed large inventory of UTVs. We met with Nicole Copp. We are impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the various options. We were able to test drive a number of vehicles before making our final choice. We traded in our old UTV and received a fair price in trade in value. We took advantage of a special offer, which made the deal even more appealing. Nicole is receptive,responsive and made sure we had all of our questions answered.
