Started out pretty good but over time, we are constantly dealing with no internet service or speeds that are so slow we cant even watch a movie and we are paying for one of their highest data rate packages. Currently looking for a more reliable internet service provider.

I have been charged for over a year of service even though I canceled my account, had routers taken off and have been paying for a different internet service. The only person working there claims I never canceled because she claims she remembers from over a year ago that I never called. This company stole hundreds of dollars from us and shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau too.

We’ve been a customer for almost 7 years now. They’ve always been helpful and responsive to any issues we’ve had. We live in a rural area, and we’re able to stream and play games online with no issues. We’re thankful for this company!!!

Very poor service. Main woman we spoke to on the phone was very rude and couldn't help us get connection even after we paid for the service.

Congratulations. You found the fastest internet provider in Clarksburg and the surrounding areas. Call them. Talk to Daniela, she's amazing and made our move easier. I rescheduled our install at least 2 times and she was more than happy to work with me each time. Speed? Well above advertised. Dual band (5/2.4) router they supply works great for my dinosaur laptop (2.4) and our phones (5). They have an interface for each network that allows you to monitor your usage and see what is connected to your network. Zoom acting up? You have immediate diagnostic capability with every network they set up. It told me my laptop had awful signal on WiFi. $16 for a 50' Ethernet at best buy fixed the issue. Call them. Google advertising won't tell you about them but your neighbors will.

The people at this place are the best. They listen when you talk, they actually have ideas that are helpful and they are not out to take your money without providing a service. I had a problem with my internet connection, I called them. They did all the normal remote support you would expect, and then they asked if they could get back to me with possible fixes. I'm thinking, yeah right, but I said fine. I then texted with the support person and did the remote things I was asked. No long holds, no silly trying to sell me something, it was great. Then they earned that last star. They asked if I wanted to try the upgraded service for 24 hours to see if that was part of the problem. No hard sell, no extra charges, just like you would to a friend, here, try it out and let me know. Great service, great people, overall a great experience.

I am moving to Wilton CA tomorrow. Did quite a bit of research and asked various people about the best internet in the area. Our next door neighbor highly recommended California Broadband. I called this morning and talked to the owner. He told me the earliest they could make it out would be Jan. 3. I told him I certainly understood and arranged for them to come out then. He then said there was a slight chance he might be able to do the installation that afternoon. About 2pm Steve called and said they were 20 minutes away. I told him I was about 35 minutes away. He agreed to go there and check things out. Steve and another employee were there when I arrived. We have 2 houses on the property. They weren't sure if they could get both houses done that night. I was grateful they might even get one done. Well they pushed through, got both installations done. Didn't get to use it much yet but so far it seems really fast. I am used to Comcast speed and Comcast price. I thought there pricing was very fair and looks like it is going to be fast. I will do an update if it isn't. All I can say is the owner was extremely pleasant, went out of his way to get us service and they are local. Thumbs up from me! Have had the service long enough now to see that the tier 2 service is going to be plenty fast for us. Another thumbs up!

Great service and very responsive to questions. Much better internet connection and speed than the local DSL provider we were stuck with.
