Worst experience ever!!
Call Lynn a week early to make an appointment for 9 o’clock got there at 8:30 leaving now at 10:30 with my car not even in service yet they give some excuse saying oh your appointment is at 9:30 but yet it’s 1035 now and my vehicle still not in Review .. While I’m waiting, had a few customer came in having issue with their brakes!!!! they paid hundreds of dollars and that’s the best answer you can do. I would never recommend any friends or family.. make sure you do your research first

I am very pleased with the quickness and the great service. I brought my car for wheel alignment and it was ready within two hours. My car feels so smooth now. I recommend this place.

Brakemasters in Elk Grove was extremely busy when I brought my car in for service appointment but Sam still took the time to politely completely answer all my questions in detail. I will be a returning customer.

The service is very good and the speed in which they get the job done is impressive. I appreciate how willing they are to try and work you in even when the are extremely busy. My gripe rests upon what I was sold 25,000 miles previous. I purchased the most expensive brake pads under their recommendation. My first set of pads that came with my truck had 50,000 miles on them. I was told I could expect the similar performance on the top of the line pads. There were no indicators or noise, swuels that would indicate the brake pads were destroyed so I suspected a wheel bearing out when it started grinding. When Brake masters inspected the brakes they said the brakes were metal metal, the two rotors were trashed and needed to be replaced and one caliper was ruined. The warranty and the discounts helped but I am still feeling a bit more sed up having to pay $1000 for a brake repair that I didn't even see coming after I took their advice to buy the best they had If I was told at least he time what to expect and when to have them inspected I would has adjusted my expectations of the performance and life on best Brake Master sold me. Again all aspects of service and professionalism was very good. I just feel a bit screwed over on the actual performance of the very best Brake masters has.

DO NOT take your car here unless you want severe damage done to your vehicle. Blatantly negligent and inexperienced people are being allowed to work on cars. Didn’t connect things back together, completely left the radiator cap off. Nothing was wrong with my car before leaving it there for simple maintenance and now we are dealing with a mountain of expenses and inconveniences. Do not waste your time. Go to Meneike right down the street.

DON’T GO HERE, THEY’ll RIP YOU OFF!
I went there last week they inspected my car for AC FAILURE, they called me and said it’ll cost me $3500 I was like what sorry I can’t afford it. I took it to other place that my friend referred me. They fixed the AC and it’s blowing cold air and working fine. Guess how much it costed me??? ONLY $400. I can’t believe it. I’ll talk to a lawyer let’s see if I can sue you so I can save other innocent people.

Brake Masters has wonderful customer service! Thank you Advisor Tyler for consulting me on making a decision about replacing my brakes. Thank you Nathan for replacing my brakes! Do plan on planning on being at the shop for about 4 hours though. They were really busy and did their best to fully support each and every customer.
