Your warranties are SCAMS !!! Bought a Samsung odyssey oled g9 monitor that was on sale last month with the 4 yr warranty. The stand broke and the monitor was flat on my desk upon returning home last night, plus two small screws that fell out and could not be re-attached even with a screw driver! Took it to geek squad and they advise they could not send it out for repairs and to see customer service and have a manager override for a replacement. Girl employee working customer service was flat out rude asf telling me they could not do a replacement as the warranty does not cover accidental damage only internal damage! This was clearly internal damage, obviously a design flaw with these monitors!!! Had to request a manager where he ultimately made an exception for a replacement. And then your employee upsells me in purchasing another useless warranty which I most definitely did not purchase as your warranty's are complete money crooked scams! You guys f**king suck as a retailer, no wonder your company is downsizing and closing stores.

Met with a Samsung cellphone rep. He unlocked our phone and saved all our photos and data. Took him an hour to salvage our world ? Thank you was not nearly good enough for all he did. Awesome guy.

I ordered a Logitech webcam with same day shipping, on a Monday night. Around 5 pm, on Tuesday, I got an update saying the shipment is delayed. Next morning at 9 am, I got a call asking if I can do in-store pickup or have a delayed delivery. I chose to pick it up. I got a refund on the same day delivery cost. After work I went to Best Buy’s pickup area. They said the order was “no picked” meaning it was cancelled. They didn’t have the item. I looked online when I got home and the website still says they have some in stock. Now I’m going to Amazon for a camera. I guess that’s the way to go now. I am still waiting on a refund for the camera.
