Don't bank here. They'll freeze your ability to use mobile banking without telling you if you add a phone number to your account to enhance security because their system views it as a "security threat". They apparently have no HUMAN way to rectify it and override this nonsensical practice, leaving customers with 5 days where they cannot process transactions electronically.....you know, for your own "safety". Absurd. Living in the middle of nowhere with few PNC bank branches, means online banking is critical to conducting business. The bank doesn't care that their practice negatively affects customers, and the system does not warn you NOT to add additional security information if you do NOT want your account to be frozen for a week. They act impotent to help. Spent hours on the phone, getting different answers from the four different people I had the misfortune of being transferred to over and over.

Been banking here before it became PNC. Always felt like just a bank. In these recent weeks I noticed new faces, a shift in energy and staff morale. I no longer feel like an account walking in but an appreciated customer.

Been going to this bank for over 20 years, from before it was BBVA and this new company is just awful. Well, everyone is gone now that we knew there, except one teller and the last two times I was there I was the only customer and there were only two staff. I moved our accounts except one when they erroneously allowed confiscation of over ten thousand dollars from one of my accounts which I still have yet to recover. In the one remaining account, belonging to my husband who is incapacitated so that I have to manage banking for him they failed to use the auto pay as instructed for the past 3 months so we decided to go ahead and pay off the car loan involved after which they suddenly decided to start deducting the payment. Frankly they couldn't care less how much you are damaged, or inconvenienced. My advice is, ignore this bank like the plague.

My refi application has taken more than four months and has not yet been completed. The banker handling my application doesn’t return the majority of my calls. Incredibly disappointed by this bank.

Jessica at this branch is the sweetest, most genuinely kind person I've met. Even given the circumstances in the world she was a breath of fresh air. My friend needed bank help and she made it so easy for her. Grateful for her.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This branch has left an AWFUL taste in my mouth! I will NEVER recommend anyone (especially business customers) to come here.

I have been banking at this location for around 20 years, it was called something else before. I have had a couple of issues that the personal attention could never be matched by companies like BofA or Chase. Also they are close to my neighborhood. I have had a couple of issues that were mostly my fault, like not transferring money from savings to checking in time for payments, but all banks have issues like that, where you want to blame them but.....

bank teller took her sweet time with deposits made One customer leave then I left to go to the watt location because it's an outrage that we give our money to a bank that takes their sweet time well they get paid hourly. Im sure corporate wants to know about the wage they are wasting on such lazy employees. this is not what a bank should represent themselves to be, the woman acted like they were better than the customer that we should wait on them as opposed to them waiting on us I'm going to close my account if I ever have to deal with Elk Grove location again, absurd!
