“A big shout out to Peter the manager of O'Reillys, I came in to buy some oil for my daughter's car. I put in 2 quarts and I ran back in the store to grab one more, and he said "please let me check your oil just to make sure". Thank goodness he did because I would've put too much oil in, every time I go in there I'm amazed by their customer service they are outstanding they are a 10 out of 10. I also wanted to include Amanda in this post for being so helpful and making sure I was using the correct oil!!”

“Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts store, Counter#554933. Spoke with Parker regarding my air filter needed. He was so courteous to explain it, and he even checked mine for me, and put it in. This is at the store at 6628 Laguna Blvd. Elk Grove. My compliments to Parker. That meant a lot, especially since I had an injury, and was difficult to get around. However, Parker did it with kindness not knowing I had an injury going on. Definitely, need more people like Parker.”
