I Couldn't be any happier with the experience I always receive from this location. Monica, Martin and Alvin are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this location to anyone. The bank is always so clean and they even offer water. They earned this five star tribune! Keep up the great work!

I hate going to the bank but Monica Patel at Bank of the West made my experience so pleasant. She went above and beyond to help me set up my business account and card reader. I'm so happy to have finally found a bank that cares about me and treats me like family.
