I would give 0 star if I could. Happened 3 times, Bank teller put money in the wrong account or just wrong amount or money into my checking and disappear the next day. Charged me overdraft fees and the tellers are rude very unprofessional. Make sure to always keep the receipts or else there's no telling if you can get your money back. Already filed complaint to federal reserve.

Shreya Sharma is great ! She help us when we came in with no appointment. She update our accounts adding a new phone number and adding beneficiary information to our accounts.. We had appointment at our B of A in Elk Grove, they did NOT do anything to help us at all . They said go on line and do it yourself ????? No customer service at all at our B of A.. Shreya knows what customer service is…. She’s just gave GREAT service and has a great personality… we both appreciated her service.

Worst financial institution I've ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service, inability to get help if not a customer, walked into Elk Grove Branch gave me a biz std told me to call 800 #. They were too busy even to answer my questions regarding someone applying for B if A credit card in my name. I stopped using them in 1987...you'd have thought they'd improved their reputation customer service etc by 2023. NOPE! I have nothing positive to say about Bank of America.

I met with my Merrill consultant after he called me at the last minute saying he moved his office to this location. It's a more convenient spot since I live closer to this area.

The worst customer service ever! we are here to depositing the money, the amount was different than we filled out in the form, he has really bad attitude saying that we are not counting the money correct, and he has to do it over, and keep asking why you didn't counting correctly. His name is Wilbert. Don't go here, just wasting your time. We will go to another bank instead, Very unprofessional.

I have been a BOA client for almost 30 years and have lived all over America and this branch is by far my absolute favorite. Had a crap load of issues involving my accounts, replacing cards, paying loans etc. and Ms. Irlanda assisted me beautifully. I went in a dissolved, frustrated mess and left a VERY satisfied client because of her. Her and her colleagues even set up Apple Pay on my phone (I'm a dinosaur when it comes to technology). If you're looking for a financial institution that makes you feel like royalty without being overly aggressive this is your spot!

This bank is always understaffed. There is always a long wait. I come here only because it's in my neighborhood. I have eventually stopped going in and do all my deposits by atm. But occasionally I need to go inside. One teller and one banker in the middle of the afternoon. I have never seen more than 2 teller at the window even when busy, but mostly just one teller. That's ridiculous. I need to make a quick transfer and after waiting in the long line the teller tells me they can't do it and have to wait for a banker. So back to waiting and on the wait list to see the single one banker. Going on 20+ minutes and still waiting with one other person ahead of me!

There are many customers that would like an update on when this location will open up. It is a huge hindrance.
