There’s not enough stars for Melvin at this location , after our vehicle gave us a battery light on the freeway near by on our way to Lake Tahoe we pulled over at this location . Not having the correct alternator at this location Melvin went above and beyond to drive me to the autozone which had the correct one. Thanks to him we were able to get back on the road

I just had the best experience at this AutoZone location! And it was all thanks to the incredible workers who went above and beyond to help me out. I came in to get coolant because I was overheating and one worker saw me outside looking frazzled so he helped me get what I needed but then realized I had a major leak. The manager Melvin came out to see the problem, he saw the hose has exploded open which shouldn’t have happened. As soon as he could he removed the old hose and replaced it with a new correct hose which fixed the problem! This is not something they normally do but seeing I needed help; they did everything they could to solve my problem. I can’t thank them enough for this epic costumer service!! I will be telling all my friends and family that this is the place to go!

This is my go to place for all things Auto parts if I can do it myself! ? The staff there is great they are very friendly and always willing to help. The manger there is the BEST he's went above and beyond every time I get stuck trying to figure out how to install something. This AutoZone is top notch.

I had the pleasure of being helped by the Store Manager Melvin. I came in distressed as my car wouldn't start as I tried to leave for work. I got a jump and came to this store. Within minutes he assessed the problem and recommended a 3 year warranty and he also took my old battery out and put the new one in. I was in and out and on my in less than 10 min! In addition, he was professional, friendly, and kind. Thank you sooo much!

Went to have a new drained battery tested at Laguna Blvd. Autozone in Elk Grove, Ca.only ONE day after I purchased it. Store Manager, Melvin provided A-1 First class service and replaced the battery in just minutes. He also tested the altinator and it PASSED which proved a bad battery. Melvin had a great reassuring attitude and Engage us the best customer service. I've ever experienced in my life. 5 stars

Just had a great experience at the autozone on Franklin and Laguna in the Safeway plaza. Melvin was outstanding! Super professional and helped install my headlights on my 2005 Subaru. I will definitely come back here for future help and to do business.
