4 or 5 different people were involved in the oil change. I was also very disappointed the ~$40 increase in cost for an oil change and new filter. Beware: this place seems to operating only for the profit with a modicum of service folks doing simple work. Shouldn't have to cost that much.

Most pleasant vehicle service I've had in a long time. The techs are very observant, and attentive. There's free coffee or water while you wait. They also offer great add on services, such as topping off tire air pressure, lubricating door hinges, and chassis lubrication, washing your windshield, and checking wiper blade condition. They check all fluids, and give suggestions for changing engine air filter, as well as cabin air filters. Overall very nice experience. Did not even notice that I've been sitting in my car for an hour?

Daniel was great! Professional and personable. Nice and easy to talk to. I didn't feel pressured to pay for the services, but instead I was informed about them. I felt I was getting taken care of.

Daniel, Christopher, Ruben serviced our vehicle.
It’s rare to get world class service from more than one person. The whole team working today (8/17 2:45pm) sounded like a defense on a championship football team.
Kudos to the hiring managers and the entire staff for being professionals that love what they do.
Recommend this establishment for anyone looking to service the fluids in their vehicle.

This place is very nice. They barely tried selling anything the first few times and didn't after, and they are very straightforward. Everyone there is nice and they are quick. What I like specifically is how my car burns oil and they are happy to replace my oil for free if need be.

Always busy, but efficient. VERY quick oil and coolant fluid change. Been taking my vehicle and company's vehicles for quick oil changes.

Very happy how I was treated for a transmission service. Very nice people. But it did not solve any of my issues and I feel like I wasted $120 for nothing.
