Was in a rough place when my van broke down right before I was supposed to take my kids girls scout troop to camp. John and his crew went out of their way to get the van running and saving our camping trip. Been going their for years and prices and time frames have been more then fair.

Not very happy with the quality of work they did on my vehicle. They say they changed the parts and put new ones in but why do the parts still look old and why does my car sound worse than it did when I brought it into them? I'm pretty sure they ripped me off and I will never come here again. I paid $1300 for my vehicle to work even worse.

I recently went to these guys with my own parts and I needed them to change all my belts and pulleys including my water pump. The mechanic told me that they couldn't use the parts I brought in because they have to use their own parts because they are warranted.. so I said ok. Anyway I let them order their own parts and let them do the work but when I got my truck back from them the parts that were installed still looked old and my truck was running even worse than when I brought it into them. All the pulleys still look old and rusted and my truck squeals like crazy and I was told by another mechanic not from this shop that the belts look old and worn and who's to say they even changed my serpentine belt because it's hidden where I can't see it. I've taken my truck back to them 3 times already just for them to say the problem is fixed when it is clearly not. I spent $1300 for my car to work even worse. I will never come back to this mechanic.

This place is much cheaper than when I bring my car to Elk Grove Honda. Unfortunately, they’re unreachable by phone. I’ve tried calling them on 4 separate occasions (on different days), and each time it goes straight to a voicemail that says their box is full and will not receive messages. If it wasn’t for that, I would give this place 5 starsService: Wheel alignment

My family has come to this place several times over the past year or so, and they've done such an amazing job! our car was really old so it needed a lot of work at one point, which is why I appreciate the honest pricing. I know a lot of car service/repair places will scam and overcharge if it seems like you don't know much about your car. this place doesn't. if I were to trust anyone with my car, it'd be John. my murano drives as smooth as butter cuz of him.
