Auto Body Expressions will be my preferred shop if I ever need repairs to any of my vehicles in the future. Matt is awesome and his crew actually care about their customers and vehicles. They took my vehicle, which was dismantled and in inoperable condition at Caliber Collision (not how I left it the day it was dropped off at Caliber) and repaired all the damage, corrected Caliber's mistakes and made my SUV look even better than it did before I got in the accident. I am grateful and can't thank Auto Body Expressions enough for getting my SUV fixed and back to me, and also working with my insurance to get the repairs done correctly and under budget. Support a locally owned shop and choose Auto Body Expressions.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Matt Mullen, General Manager, for over 15 years! We love his kind, friendly professionalism! His office staff is very nice and attentive. The mechanics do great repair work! Matt is always open and honest with you and gives good fair pricing! Hooray to Auto Body Expressions Inc for the well deserving awards ??

This place has the best service and the friendliest people aka Justin. Their work on my car was top notch. They went out of their way to accomodate us and make sure everything was done correctly. We will only bring our cars here when in need of repairs.

We choose this business for our collision repair because the reviews seems good and they were near to our home. Needless to say we were very disappointed having to deal with a business that is dishonest. They reel in customers by low balling them with the initial estimate compared to other places and in the end triples the total cost for the insurance company to pay. They don't even communicate the status of the repair to the customer till they're ready to hand over the bill an by then it's too late. We can't get the car back without having to sign for the final cost.
They held our car as hostage. This is why our insurance company don't have them as their preferred shop for its customer after communicating our experience with this place. The repair to our car still had noticeable dings and chips on the hood. They even replaced the car emblem that was noted on the car repair statement. Plus, the blending of the car paint is poor where the transition is noticeable. When we pointed these issues out to the rep he came up with a different story.
Overall a very dishonest business to work with. Please be cautious when dealing with this business. There are many choices to choose from, we made our mistake and hope with this review will help others avoid making the same mistake we made.

I was very impressed with how efficient they were here. They were quick and the car looks great! I highly recommend going to them. They take AAA insurance.

Anytime we've needed auto body repairs, we always requested Auto Body Expressions. Being in an accident is stressful but thankfully this amazing company makes it less stressful. Highly recommend them!

This is the second body shop I took my car too. I was not happy with the first one because the colors did not match and there were some alignment issues with the bumper and quarter panel. Matt talked with me on the phone and then when I arrived in person, Matt came to look at the car. He assured me he could align the body parts and match the paint much better. He and his staff did a phenomenal job with my car. The front office personal were very friendly and informative. They greeted me with a smile and put me at ease. Their professionalism is outstanding. From start to finish Matt and his staff were excellent. They kept me informed and explained everything. These are down to earth people. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my car. It looks brand new again. Thank you Matt and everyone at Auto Body Expressions. I couldn't be happier. I absolutely would and will recommend Auto Body Expressions for your car body and painting needs. They are fabulous!!

I had my truck fixed here 15 years ago after an accident. I had notice that the paint on my hood was looking bad after all those year. I called in and Matt process my warranty for paint from 15 years ago like I was a paying customer, but it was free. ANTHONY (MANAGER) WAS CAUGHT ON DASH CAM TALKING SHIT ABOUT ME. YOU WOULD'VE THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO CHECK FOR DASH CAMS BEFORE SAYING STUPID SHIT ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.I took my vehicle to Auto Body Expressions because the previous auto body shop I went to have failed to assemble my driver door correctly. As a result, I would hear wind noises when driving 60+ mph. I took it to Auto Body Expressions and they said it was a simple fix and would fix the issue within 1-2 days. It took them 9 whole days to fix this "simple" issue.When I received my vehicle 9 days later, there are still wind noise present when driving at lower speeds, which means it was worse from when I have brought it in. I called Anthony to notify him about the issue and made an appointment to bring my vehicle the following week for reinspection.When I brought it in the following week, Anthony and a mechanic went for a test drive to see where the wind noise was coming from. After the drive, Anthony said that they had bent my driver door to fit more closely and that my wind noise issue is resolved.After driving my vehicle home, there are still wind noise present and the issue is not resolved. I decided to check my dash cam to see what they did while I was gone and was genuinely surprised to see that Anthony was talking shit about me. Anthony stated that I was "fucking retarded" for thinking there were still wind noises present and that I "needed hearing aids." My vehicle is a daily driver so I would know when something is off. So now I have to waste more time communicating with my insurance to get approval for another body shop.On top of all this bullshit, they didn't even use disposable floor covers and dirtied my car mats with their work boots.If you want false delivery dates, unprofessional behavior, and receiving your vehicle in worse condition, then this is the shop for you.

Unfortunately I was rear ended while at A stop light in my brand new BMW with only 1500 miles. I was bummed out but thankfully my insurance agent recommended me to go see Anthony! Thank god I did, he absolutely took care of me. He made sure my car was better then it was when I drove it off the show room floor. He made sure he replaced everything with only OEM bmw parts and also let me choose some after market parts to make my car look even better. He also made sure my car got my new bumper ppf and ceramic coated since my car had that already done to it previously. He went above and beyond and they gained a customer for life.
