First and foremost I truly love Evie and Daisy they are amazing. They are so nice to my mom. They are kind and gentle with her she has been there like 20 times because of her dentures they can never get tight enough. Dr. Khali he seems nice he doesn’t seem to have a lot of patience with my older mom she is 72 and gets pretty frustrated. He did do a whole new set of dentures so that was really nice. The front desk lady just seems really annoyed.thags why the 4. But hands down I truly enjoy Evie and Daisy they are really nice and they treat my mom as she is family thanks Daisy and Evie you guys are the best.

This dental office provided an amazing experience throughout my entire visit. From the beginning, the customer service was excellent over the phone to when I checked in, through each step and each member of the team, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable and at home! Everyone was so kind, I felt calm, relaxed and informed. Dr. Khalil and Kylie provided outstanding customer service! Thank you Aspen Dental - Elk Grove! I look forward to my next visit!

Aspen Dental employees are the friendliest people here in Elk Grove. Receptionist to the assistant to the doctor! And everyone in between. I am going through the process of getting dentures. They are so caring, happy, yet professional!! I was never without teeth after all being pulled. Temporary dentures work great, and I'm excited for next week when I receive my permanent. Appointments are very easy to make, and most often, you can get in within a day or so. It's a chill place, so I'm never stressed. I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist!

I do have to say that after doing research on a dentist for along time and making many appointments, I finally found Aspen Dental my appointment today went so smooth and was just a great sign for me that this was the one my experience with a dentist is very very upsetting to me even at my age but let me tell you from the from office to the back all the staff was amazing and made me feel I was okay still have some upcoming appointments and my nerve level has come down. I would recommend them with my whole heart. My dentist was so great and made me feel like we are going to do this..

Dr. Khalil and the x-ray tech girl was so accommodating and help me understand my teeth and gum situation with 3d scan and x-ray. Would definitely recommend Aspen, very clean facility and knowledgeable staff.

I had a crown fall out that Aspen Dental did January of 2023, . When I returned to have it re-glued, the post was very sensitive so the dentist gave me a quick shot of novocaine, but when I indicated that it was not enough and I was having pain from the cold air, and cold water he did not take the time to give me another shot. He said it would not take long to get the area cleaned and tooth glued and he didn't feel I needed more numbing. It was very painful and the dentist showed very little compassion. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years and have never been treated with less professional courtesy. I won't be going back.

Nice experience from when we were greeted by their receptionist to the end of our appointment. The examinations we had were very thorough and easy to understand. We are glad to have been referred to this dental office.

The entire team at the Aspen Dental Elk Grove is great. Dr. Khalil did a wonderful job with both my root canal and crown installation. This is a really great clinic.

***DON'T EVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!! IF YOU DO, DON'T GO, IF YOU HAVE APPOINTMENTS CANCEL THEM, OR IF YOU WORK FOR THEM, QUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE PIECES OF SH*T!!*** This is long, but read it, it will save you money, time, and very unnecessary pain. Last Sunday night, my husband Ryan developed a toothache. Monday morning, he called our dentist, but he couldn't be seen until Friday (today), but he made the appointment anyway. Fast forward to Tuesday morning, and the pain had become almost unbearable, so he figured he would go to another place, just for some relief until he could get to Friday. Enter the assholes at Aspen Dental. They brought Ryan back, did the whole battery of x-rays, looked at the tooth, and then gave him this line of utter sh*t: They said the tooth has decayed beyond being saved, so is the one next to it, fillings won't save it, a root canal won't save it, and it needs to be pulled. It's so bad that the "dentist" said that even doing those things won't matter because it will likely fall out in three months anyway. The "dentist" (more like a sales man), then said Ryan's other molar needs to be pulled too, and that his situation is so bad he needs grafts and implants and several other teeth will be falling out very soon, so they will pull those as well. Ryan inquired about how loose the main tooth was. The guy said it was very loose and that it moved about 3mm. Then when Ryan asked them why he had never heard any of this before, because he had been to our dentist within the last year, THEY INSULT HIM AND SAY, "WELL SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T GET THE SUBTLE HINTS." These people are so horrible. Today, Ryan went into our dentist, AND THERE ISN'T EVEN A FRIGGIN CAVITY IN THE TOOTH ASPEN WANTED TO PULL; IT'S A HEALTHY TOOTH AND NOT LOOSE AT ALL. There is no threat of any tooth falling out, and our dentist totally disagreed with what the assholes at Aspen dental said. He does have a small gum issue and needs a little work done, but nothing out of the ordinary, and no where near what Aspen "dental" said. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN "DENTAL." They are a scam, owned by a private equity firm, that has been sued many times for giving patients procedures they don't need.

They got me in right away. I got pain meds and antibiotics. I had very bad pain an they took care of me.
