I'm a real estate investor, too, and Arsalon is very investor-friendly. He and his team check properties to meet my criteria. Throughout the process, he communicates well with lenders, sellers, and underwriter to get the property at the best deal. Before my closed property, he and I worked on another property that didn't go through, and Arsalon helped me exit that deal gracefully. He and his team take great detail to thoroughly inspect the property so that I understand what I'm buying.

Arsolon recently helped me with the sale of my mom's condo. He was patient, empathetic, kind, and helpful. He was never pushy or in a rush for me to make a decision; he offered his opinion only when asked. I asked a lot of questions and he always made me feel heard and respected. The condo sold quickly and he was very helpful with the paperwork process after the sale, and along the entire journey, beginning to end. Working with Arsalon was just perfect.I first contacted him from Rome to have an idea of what was needed to start the process of selling my house in Sacramento.He was a pleasure to work with, and made it very easy to tackle all the different aspects involved. Very polite, understanding and extremely responsive even at late hours. I've had the pleasure to work with Arsalon in late December 2020 to the closing of my sold home in the first week of January 2021. My first impression of Arsalon is that he is truly knowledgeable about the real-estate business. He is a true professional in his communication and explanation of the entire process and expectation of selling a home. This was my first time selling a home and I was unsure of how things would go or what to expect. Arsalon took his time in providing details of what my home would be worth on the market and providing me with a timeline as to how things would progress.
