I took my car in yesterday 9/3 to have them check the air in my tires bc my TPMS keeps coming on and I had aired them up at a gas station but I knew the reader wasn’t working. I put too much air in them and none were the same. They told me what they were at and I specifically scheduled this appointment to check them and reset my TPMS.
Today, 9/4, I come to have my oil changed and they are still well over inflated so Americas Tire did nothing. I will no longer be purchasing my tires there! Shame on them. That is not safe and that’s why I brought it in. Because I knew the gas station reader wasn’t working.

Been going here for tire service for many years. My service writer actually had to remove a few of the vehicles listed in my file that no longer belong to me.
Tire service and products here have never dissapointed me. Watch these guys operate as they go through cars one after another in a very precise manner and you will quickly recognize teamwork at its best!
Thank you very much for the great service you provide! I had a flat today at 5pm so naturally I dropped off my tire expecting to pick up the next day. Ozzy took it in and told me it will be done by closing even though there were 9 cars ahead of me. I came back at closing time and was surprised that the team stayed past closing just to finish my tire and a few other customers' as they waited.
Now that's supreme customer service!!!!

Assistant Manager Skylar is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She knows how to get the job done in a timely manner, which I appreciated. I have had good experiences with all the staff at America's Tire in Elk Grove on Bruceville Road.

I usually have a great experience here but if you get Skylar wait for someone else. First she couldn’t find the tiny nail so I pointed it out . She then proceeded to tell me it was so large I would probably need a new tire. Literally the nail was about as thick as a paper clip . Then proceeded to tell me that I was probably going to need at least one more tire. The nail was so small I had to tell the technician in the back where it was because they couldn’t even find it with their dunk tank . Just be honest with people don’t try and take advantage of people . Glad I took the day off instead of sending my wife in .

Our spare tire had a flat tire and Matt the manager saved us!
We got a flat tire a mile away from home on a Saturday afternoon. We put on the spare only to find that it was flat too!
Long story short, we showed up after 5pm and Matt said his guys were booked since they close at 6. But he felt bad for us, so he fixed our tire himself!

I woke up to this situation……So after gathering my things I threw on a rim and tire I had sitting in the garage due to me wanting new wheels. Americas Tire told me I had a bent wheel that would not balance correctly so I went and found some stock wheels for my car. I was able to get to them. They inspected my new wheels and told me I should replace one of the tpms on one of the wheels. They explained that it would help keep tire lights off. So I replaced it. They took the time I needed to process spending damn near 700.00 unexpectedly. Over all I have been a customer of Discount Tires for over 15+ years. Ever since we moved to California we have stuck with Americas Tires. From Texas, New Mexico, and now California if I see their signs I stop there first! This place is awesome and the texting feature that lets you know where the car is in the progression of the repair is stellar…………

We had problem with a tire my daughter bought at Discount Tires in San Diego (an affiliate of America's Tire while driving it to Elk Grove. Had to replace it at a different shop in Pasadena. I figured it would be an uphill and long distance battle with the San Diego store. Instead, since my daughter had purchased the warranty, the Elk Grove location refunded the entire amount I paid with no hassles whatsoever. Have been buying our tires here for several years and will not bother to even shop around.

Awesome service! I brought in a tire with a nail in it that I had bought last fall at another franchise store in Bullhead City, AZ. Repairs are free, but the nail was too close to the sidewall. Instead, they put a brand new $270 tire on my wheel, all I had to pay was $52.

I don’t know whether to thank americas tires for their inefficient reservation system and rules bc they wouldn’t see us. So we decided to get a second opinion and didn’t need to get new tires after all!!!! Saved us hundreds of dollars!!!

Zero starts if possible. I got here this morning to get the tire pressure checked in my car. Another car got there at the same time from the opposite side I waited seemed like she was going to turn and she was just standing there so I moved into the air check space. A caucasian man came out right away he had long blond hair and asked to move out of the space since the other lady was there before to get her tires checked. Why wasn’t she in the space if she was there for the check and if he knew why hadn't he already helped her? She was no where close to being in the space for the check. I waited a few minutes she didn’t move so I proceeded forward. I didn’t argue and left but for sure I will not bringing any of my 3 cars here again for any type of service in the future. AmericasTire and their employees need to do better! It was evident that me and my business is not valued here with this type of customer service. I will not be recommending this place again.

During the service of my car at the dealership, they found a nail in one of my tires and they said that they can fix it for $30 and came back said they couldn’t fix it because of the location of the nail and that I need to replace my tire instead. I don’t have money for $250, so I googled and found Americas Tire, went there straight and they did it for free! I’m not kidding. Amazing! Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for years and they have always been extremely helpful. they have bent over backwards to take care of me and work with me. Jorge helped me out this last time i was in but everyone that has helped me there have been awesome. the last time i was in i got aftermarket wheels and new tires on my 2007 lexus ls460 and i had ordered the rims online from a different company myself. when installing they found one had came bent and they helped me to get photos so i could get a new one. when i got the new one they installed it quickly a couple days later. then when the dealership could not fix my tpms sensors i brought it to americas tire and they were able to install the oem sensors i purchased and program them for a extremely fair price.
