Thought I was going to have to spend $700 on a new sweeper, but Mike was able to fix it at a fraction of the cost. This is a nice big store with everything you need for your pool and much much. Mike is definitely a superstar for Leslies

This used to be All Clear Pool & Spa until 3 months ago. Was totally surprised to discover it was purchased by Leslie's. Good news is that nothing really seems to have changed other than the branding.

Since Leslie’s acquisition, the liquid chlorine is not as potent as it was with the previous owner. There’s a noticeable difference and effectiveness which is evident both from smelling the bottle and the performance. I now have to add twice as much to my pool as I used to for the last 6 years. The store also no longer allows for a mixed cart of liquid chlorine and acid. You now have to buy a full cart of each. Service is sort of the same but not as genuine as with the previous owners. I will no longer be going there.

I needed some technical help with programming. My sun tech controller for my pool and spa. I called their tech line and was referred to David. David called me back and walked me through programming my controller and in just a few minutes. I respect his knowledge and patience as he helped me with my problem. Had my pool sweep serviced,can’t remember the young guy that helped me out, but excellent help with all of my questions. Got my pool sweep back in under a week and quick fix! Honest and trustworthy,will be coming back!

I needed a new pool sweep leaf bag for my Polaris. A clerk found my replacement. It was $50!!!!For 1 bag!! I purchased under protest as I was in a hurry. Told clerk to tell Deon he had just lost a 14 year customer for gauging his customers. Clerks laughed. I told them I was serious. Found same product on Amazon this am for $14.99 for 2 BAGS!- Caveat Emptor!!! - Will NEVER enter that store again.
