I LOVE this store. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and most importantly... available to help you. The selection of products and services available here is pretty impressive. it doesn't look big, but it has a ton of stuff. Thanks to this place, I have been able to avoid stepping foot into those other stores for almost 10 years... you know the ones.
They will also fill your propane tanks or do the propane exchange. that is lovely and rare in my experience.
they also have pies made locally in a freezer by the checkout. Best impulse buy ever.
It's more of an old school hardware store. I am unfortunately clueless. I have no idea where stuff is and I dont always know what I need exactly... they've been very helpful every time. none of the, "sorry, this isn't my department. let me call you someone" that takes forever to materialize.

Old school hardware store, employees are more more knowledgeable helpful and friendlier than the big box store. Go here and support these small hardware store whenever you can. Hardware selection second to none local.

I had to pick up some last minute Christmas Light gutter hangers. I gave the store a call ahead of time and they found the product I was looking for and gave me a quote on the price. The staff was super helpful and it was an easy pick up. I also felt that the products were fair priced.

The clerk that helped us in the store was polite but the employee working the register was rude, as it is the store is small and I am handicapped, the store violates the gaps required for mobility devices, I was able to get to the checkout counter near the entrance ok but the clerk just said other side. I said not sure if I can get around there to which I got a shrug. Through the entire transaction she looked as though she was bothered having to help me. We are not from the area and went out of our way to go to ACE instead of a big box. Normally that is the right thing to do but not for this store. ACE should pull their license to use the name.

Awesome old school hardware store. Love the small town feeling where staff shares their knowledge with no pressure. Left with what I needed and found a friend to boot. How good is that? Thank you Folks and see you on my return.

This Staffe members, T & Sean have Really made an impression on the fact how people in this world are still driving by the idea thee job is customer satisfaction based before any thing.Although I’m not from the area that this a store is located, working here on the project Had to run to the store for multiple things for my work. I just feel like I live in the area and have known these people who work here 10 years.I’m just so in disbelief, how amazing employees here are more importantly, how much they represent the area which the store is located at and the Storage itself and the type of service that Ace employees can provide and leave the feeling of a fully satisfied experience and beyond that, the best experience I’ve personally had with any of the times I went to ace.

Every staff member is super nice and always ask if they can help you find something or help you to your car. I go to Sheldon Ace for my Traeger needs... always has a great variety of products for my Traeger smoker

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! This Ace never seens to have what I want and it's difficult to find someone to help me find what I need. The young gal at the front counter obviously hates her job. She is need of some retraining of needs to be fired!
