I needed a new front windshield, and also the driver's side window stopped working. Esmeralda answered the phone and was really nice. She diagnosed the driver's side window issue over the phone, and told me what part to go buy, so that there wouldn't have to be a separate diagnostic visit (and separate fee). Josh was the tech who came, and he was on time, polite, clean, and efficient. And the price was half of what another place quoted me, and very reasonable!

I worked with Volt after having my rear driver side door window and quarter glass smashed in. They quoted me over $100 less than the other auto glass shops I called in the area and they honored that quote when it came time for payment. I asked that they perform the service same day ASAP, and they were able to get to me 2 hours sooner than they originally scheduled me for (& of course, they communicated this with me). Really great communication, service, and pricing. As much as I hope to never need them again, I will definitely give them my business should my windows get smashed again!

10 stars! Volt Auto has excellent customer service, is affordable and fast. They replaced my car window after some idiots tried to unsuccessfully steal my car in the middle of the night by smashing the window. I called 5 auto glass companies, plus the dealership, and no one had the window in stock. John however found one in SF, picked it up and came to my home to install it the next day. He also vacuumed all of the broken glass out of my car, too. John was professional, kind and punctual and made a very stressful experience so much better.

Called to have rubber seal around existing glass on 1994 Chevrolet C1500 replaced. Immediately received a quote along with a great offer to replace the windshield as well. They offered same day service but agreed to come out the next day. The tech, Josh, was on time, professional, and efficient. He replaced the windshield and seal, an absolutely great job. Recommend highly.

I got a broken quarter glass on my Honda Odyssey overnight. Velocity helped me find the dealer glass and installed it for me. They were very resourceful and had a great price. The tech that helped me, Noe Benitez, was professional and explained the procedure very clearly.

They showed up on time and changed out my window as advertised. At the end we had a problem with glass in my door locking mechanism and he stayed over to fix it at no extra charge. He only left after he was sure everything was in working order. Hos attitude was polite and professional the whole time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a window replaced.

Noe helped me replace the broken quarter glass on my Honda Odyssey after it was broken right outside of my house. Since the aftermarket glass was not available they help me find the dealer glass and helped me install it.

I got a chip in my vehicle that quickly grew into a crack. I looked online for the Auto Glass companies near me and Velocity popped up. I called them up and a lady named Esme set me up for a next day appointment. They arrived the next day and did a great job. They were fast and professional I will definitely use them for future work that i will need and will also recommend them to my friends
