I recently visited the so called "Spramasteer" Self Service Car Wash and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The facility appeared unkempt and run down, creating a less-than-ideal atmosphere for customers. The cleanliness standards were severely lacking, leaving me questioning the hygiene of the entire operation.The state of the equipment used for washing vehicles was disappointing, and it reflected in the lackluster results on my car. Rather than leaving with a clean and polished vehicle, I felt as though the service had done more harm than good. The staff's indifference to the poor condition of the premises and equipment was evident, contributing to an overall unpleasant visit.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Spramasteer Self Service Car Wash and unfortunately, urging them to address these issues promptly to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

This place sucks. The card reader stole 10 bucks from me and didn't give me any tokens. You have to have 5''s at least because if you only have a twenty, you're gonna have to change that 20 for tokens. No way to contact management at all, and the first one on the right is broken because the dials sometimes dispenses the wrong thing

I am updating my review and adding more stars because they seem to be a little more together now. I had vowed not to go back after my last experience with the broken equipment but out of desperation, I decided to give them one more try, because I really needed to wash my car and I really didn't want to take it to a car wash that would charge more. Everything worked fine. Hopefully that is the trend going forward.

Every time that I go to this place I have at least one of the Bays is not functioning and very often people in the booth next to mine or losing in their mind over malfunctioning machinery specifically the coin box I have seen people driving off with their cars covered in suds

As far as price they're as fair as any other self service car wash. $5 for 5 minutes. Good for a quick wash in an out. There are occasionally some sketchy characters around.

The vacuums are not the best Unless you get the first/second spot if your looking at the car wash from appian I also wish they had a timer for the vacuum so you could know how much time you have left for the 5$ it took to even start the thing. No matter what for a vacuum and wash the minimum you spend is 8$ and that’s just to get the machines started.

Charged my credit card, no tokens dispensed. No phone number or any information about the company posted. The phone number online was disconnected - same as is on this site. What kind of way is this to run a business?!!

I pulled into the stall, inserted 5 tokens and only the spray conditioner foam worked. I had to go home and rinse off and the whole car was spotted. How can I contact the owner for a refund?
