Not sure why I continue to bother getting a car wash here. If you have a low profile car, it sucks here

ive came here twice and the pumps dont work. and when they do manage to work, you have to tell the cashier what type of fuel you want. its 2020. every other gas station has the technology to let your choose your own fuel. horrible gas station with minimum requirements.

This location is now closed / Starbucks decided to stop doing business at this location. Too bad ~ I really liked this Starbucks.

This Starbucks location is closed! I also, noticed that there are some homeless people living behind the strip mall.

I often come here when I'm in the area but it can be a trek when coming from home or school but the prices that this gas station offers out beats every single gas station in Hercules, Pinole, and Richmond area and it's totally worth coming here. ** Location ** Nestled in the hills of Pinole/El Sobrante it's situated on Appian Way and it's surrounded by other businesses like Starbucks and Little Caesars. Though the area might seem calm it does get quite busy especially during the school year as traffic (and foot traffic) comes through the area as there's a elementary and high school up the road so it can get crazy getting in and out of this place but it's nothing too crazy. ** Prices ** Prices here can't beat no other in the area or other cities nearby PERIOD Extras - This station does have a car wash, convenience store, and also a RedBox rental box for those who are curious. - The only downside about this station is that it's pretty crowded and it's cramped in a small corner of the plaza but there's so many pumps that there's never an issue of being stuck.

Came in this am for a med. cup of coffee.. Maria handed me a leftover venti from the counter. I asked for a fresh cup( medium). She berated me and treated me like a piece of sh... I asked to speak to the Manager, Nancy came out and was meaner and ruder than Maria. She scoffed me off and walked away. I called and am making a formal complaint. They treated me like crap, and don't take it seriously, no customer service. These people need retraining. Period. I will not be back. Good luck to them in the future. These people do not qualify to serve. STAY AWAY. Try any other Starbucks for excellent service and smiles.

Wow, never been given a small chai and paid for a Venti Chai Latte. Had to tip the cup nearly horizontally to get my drink. Not going back there ever again. Booo!

I love the El Sobrante Starbucks! This super cute little Coffee Shop is tucked in a strip mall on Appian Way near Valley View in El Sobrante. There is a Shell Gas Station that shares the same driveway. Parking out front is usually plentiful in their private lot. It can be tricky getting out onto Appian after you get your Caffeine fix, as many drivers feel like this is a speedway. The Americano is always spot on, the staff is always super friendly. I use the mobile order app quick often, and have visited hundreds of Starbucks in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, and absolutely believe that this location is one of the best I have ever been to. I give these guys a very consistent 5 stars on their top notch service, always having the drink ready quickly, and they are always happy/cheery and very positive. I like the positive energy that the employees have. I did notice that they know most of their customers by their first names. It is nice to start your day right with positive energy and an awesome cup of coffee.

Good place to come for a quick coffee fix. Service is friendly and drinks are consistent. I wouldn't recommend getting work done or studying at this location as it tends to get extremely busy, especially on the weekends.

5 stars for the Weekday morning crew. I come in between 6am-7:30am 4x a week. 1 star for the Manager who needs to buy a new blender so the PULSE button works properly. The staff is having issues with creating the cold foam the correct way for the new cold brews. Fix it. I spend enough money here monthly and it's getting frustrating. Your lucky the staff is patient enough to hear me complain also figure out why the problem has been.....then try and make it a few times over for me. I've watched them struggle each time. Get them a new blender!!!

It's Starbucks and they all have the same menu, so this review is about how this specific location is run. Most of the time it's pretty normal stuff. Sometimes on Friday or Saturday night on my way to work there is a huge line in the drive through which gets annoying, but that's not their fault. I've had a few problems as follows: -There has been a couple occasions they were not open on time -For a while they changed their closing time... then went back to normal (about a month they did this) -Drive through angle is too sharp for longer trucks to make without clipping the curb on your way out -Mobile app allows you to order online but the inside is closed, requiring you to wait in the drive through (ordering online on my way to work specifically to avoid the long drive through wait)
