My experience was excellent. I received prompt response and great care from Mr. Mohammad. He even made me laugh in a time when I was upset due to not having insurance coverage for my vehicle.

Early this year my spouse was involved in one small accident (total payout of $2,000) and subsequently our former auto insurance carrier refused to renew his policy. We got turned down by an other carrier and got a quote of $10,000/yr from a third carrier. Insane for just one fender-bender! I called State Farm. William listened to our story, saw that it checked out with the information available to him, and provided us with a very reasonable quote. William's thoughtful, courteous, and efficient service included showing us options we hadn't previously considered and we gratefully accepted. We're very relieved and very happy.

I processed my online quote for car insurance today and at the end of the process I was directed that Sonny will contact me or if I wanted immediate assistance I could reach out by phone or pay a visit. So, I decided to go visit the office because I wanted to show them the quote I wanted. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and William immediately helped me. His customer service was great and what was even more great was that he helped me get an amazing quote than what I was about to purchase. I am very thankful to have stopped by and received an awesome customer experience. Again, thank you William for your service.

Our family has been insured by State Farm since probably the 1920s! In the last couple of years the original state farm family retired and I have to say that the new agents that take care of my mother and my policy are fabulous.
Every time I call I get somebody wonderful. Recently I've spoken with Sonny Randhawa, Mignonne (don't know her last name) and the office manager in Berkeley/El Sobrante William Muhammad. They are all stellar individuals, helpful, sincere, kind, positive. I trust them (and State Farm) to take care of our home and vehicle insurance 100%. Thanks State Farm!

I highly recommend state farm their costumer service was amazing my personal agent Gaby was always helpful and always answering any concerns or questions always willing to workout a good policy with the best price in the market thank you guys.

May 10, 2024, I telephoned the office and spoke with Ms. Gaby Lopez about adding auto insurance to my homeowner's policy (bundling). Ms. Lopez spoke as if she had a smile on her face. A friendly tone. She quickly verified my homeowner's policy then outlined auto insurance options for my consideration. I purchased a 6-month policy (with intentions to renew). The cost was better than many State Farm competitors I secured quotes from. Ms. Lopez emailed me all relevant documents. She also printed everything as I would be driving past the office later during the day. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by owner Sonny Randhawa. Friendly greetings were exchanged. The 4 or 5 staff members in the office all shared hellos and greetings. A very pleasant office. Excellent customer service by Ms. Lopez.

Customer service really means a lot to me and the customer service that is provided at Sonny's State Farm offices has been nothing but top notch! Specifically William, the office manager, has been most helpful in resolving issues that arise periodically; reviewing my policies to make sure I am getting the most out of my policies at the best price; and taking the time to answer my myriad of questions with grace, patience, and empathy!
In today's society, customer service is a lost art and most businesses put little to zero effort into making sure they provide their customers with good service. Sonny's State Farm offices not only provide the best customer service but have perfected the art of superb customer service! They will have my business for life!
