Well now i have Cockatiels and Canary's so i will be buying my feed from you again. Because the store Elgranero feed store stop customer from using their credit cards and they only except cash that has been going on for 1 yr now. And i wanted to buy a canary bird and i didn't have the cash to buy it now so i wasn't able to buy bird.”

This visit I came home with three beautiful, healthy male guppies with long mosaic patterned tails as well as a bundle of wonderfully red stem plant.”

“I bought a Paco Collar for my now 13 year old dobermann girl before she was even born. One of the jewels came off and without hesitation they sent me, not one, but a whole pack of replacements. Not one has fallen off since. Bear in mind, I live in the UK. The collar is still going strong and will be handed down to the new boy, for hopefully another 13 years ”

“When I shop at Fill Good, I feel good. My main purchases are cleaning items like dish soap, dishwasher powder, all-purpose cleaner, and hand-soap. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. I feel like can do something about the standard pig-lifesytle that's offered by Amazon and friends.”

“This is my favorite pet shop ever!! Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I come here to get food for my lizards. I've also bought one lizard from here. I love their selection of pets and food options. Prices are great and reasonable. I prefer to come here than to go to a big chain store like petco, or pet smart as you get better service and better products. Please shop here if you get the chance! While you're here, you can also check out all of their cute pets in stock. My favorite ones to always look at is their reptiles. Foods I get here for my lizards include: pinkies, meal worms, crickets, dubia roaches and blue Goliath hornworms. They also sell accessories such as tanks, nets, scoopers, etc. They also sell stickers, plants, keychains, earrings, etc. Overall, LOVE this place! :)”

I was able to purchase two dog toys that are extra strength for my puppy for a SWEET deal. “This is our local spot for hay, treats, and pellets for our Ziggy Smalls! We stopped purchasing from Amazon and SPS, due to poor quality of 2nd cut Timothy...Ziggy was basically using it as his litter vs eating it. purchasing local here, supports his mission and ensures a safe haven for rabbit and Guinea pig owners so we feel good about coming here. We adore James and he's always helpful and kind when we visit. He was able to give advice when Ziggy had too much "wet poop", even after changing his daily amount of fresh greens. Thank you James! “I've been coming here4 years. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly. This day 1/14/24 I have 2 say was BY FAR the best customer service experience I've had in more then 20yrs. I walked in & was greeted. Went 2 get my babies food. I put my hand up immediately KLIFFORD can & ask can he help. He picked up the heavy bag took it 2 the counter but that was not the best part. “Lots of parking, very convenient to shop after grocery shopping and Safeway. Friendly staff and they have enclosed kennel area inside and outside of store for training classes on weekends for our puppy. Easy vaccination available Tuesday through Saturday at the vet clinic in the back of store.”

“Amber is a PRO at cat washing! I brought my feisty nearly 2 yr old dilute calico in and Amber kept her under control for the wash, condition, & dry! Nail trimming would have been included, but I did that before I came in because I was a bit nervous with how my gal might behave. Plus, that's not the part I have a challenge with. Booked out yes and SO WORTH seeing this HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WOWMAN at work! The price for the wash was very fair. Dynamite pets held true to the appointment time and got us out in less than 1/2 an hour from cat out of the bag to back in. I will definitely be back with my other cats and super happy that I was able to be patient with waiting for today to arrive!”

“"Open Paw - Good Habits Are Hard to Break." This review is based on attendance at several lectures by Open Paw speakers as well as direct experience with the Open Paw program and the programs founders. (BTW, while I love cats, I own 3 dogs and work with dogs on a daily basis. My bias therefore, leads me to write about dogs.) Open Paw is a multi-faceted approach to making companion pets (more) adoptable, educating pet owners (preferably before an adoption), and keeping pets in the home once they are adopted. When the Open Paw program is employed at the animal shelter level, staff, volunteers and visitors to the shelter are encouraged to feed the dogs part of their daily food ration for displaying appropriate behavior (sitting quietly instead of barking and lunging) at the front of the kennel. The dogs get lots of repetition for this appropriate behavior throughout the day and dogs that are shy or aggressive around people learn that the approach of strangers is a good thing - this is how they get their dinner! Special care is also given in the Open Paw program to teach and maintain housebreaking by ensuring that the shelter dogs get adequate time out of the kennel - housebroken dogs shouldn't be forced to soil their kennel. (In most shelter situations, the mental and physical health of the dogs is constantly deteriorating. Constant barking, lack of physical exercise and mental stimulation as well as inadequate levels of staff and volunteers to get the dogs out frequently enough - these are the ingredients for doggie stress and deterioration found in most shelters.) In and out of the shelters, Open Paw strives to educate prospective pet owners BEFORE they adopt. Far too many dogs are returned to shelters because the new owners don't have realistic expectations of their new companion and they don't know how to resolve insanely simple problems. Post-adoption, Open Paw continues its efforts to educate pet owners and handlers with the goal of keeping the new pet in the home for a lifetime. My dog was in and out within 3hours so he did not have to stay in shop too long. Clean cut over all. My dog is very fluffy and they did good job. “Today was my new puppy and mines FIRST time using the Pet Wash station at this location and I just want to start by saying the customer Service I received today from Ashley was one for the books. She helped me figure out the shampoo and water hoses. My dog was new to the whole bath situation so he was acting a bit naughty and she came right to my rescue with treats in hand and entertained him so I could finish his bath. She was beyond helpful and just so friendly and nice. I will now be making this my new " home " pet wash place and hope to see her again. Really happy with the service I received today. “I went to Your Basic Bird to get a pair of budgies after my beloved one died. It's a lovely big store full of bird supplies. I asked for males, specifically to avoid female territorial aggression. The employee that helped me insisted the pair he showed me were males. I was pretty sure they were females but let him talk me out of my first impression. Turned out they are females, now that they're mature. I love them anyway, though it's more challenging having a pair of females, but if someone needs a specific sex be sure to trust your gut and knowledge over the employee recommendations because at least one of them doesn't know enough to be accurate. The birds I got are lovely though. They are very healthy, hand-raised so were pretty tame when we got them. They just argue a lot. I would definitely shop there again for future budgies, but will trust my own expertise rather than let myself be talked out of what I knew to be true.”
