Avoid this place. I had my Honda civic serviced here Friday. I had an arrangement to pick up my car today by the owner and my car is not even in the lot. The owner says maybe I pick it up already. Then he hands me a bill with $80 daily storage fee.

Beware, this shop is dishonest, cuts corners, and won't make things right when they damage a vehicle. I took my 2009 Volkswagen in for new shocks and a 2" suspension lift, and they left the nuts loose on top of the shocks, and also caused a lot of other expensive damage to the vehicle. The strut/spring assembly were not lined up properly, and they broke plastic panels apart to access bolts quickly. The loose nuts caused the struts to gradually saw through, and fail catastrophically and dangerously.
They offered to refund only labor, and not pay for the extensive damage to the vehicle. They made lots of nonsense excuses, and threatened libel charges if I told this story to others. The California Bureau of Automotive Repair did an investigation and found they did the job incorrectly. I sued them in small claims court and won. Don't take your vehicle here.

UPDATE: Larry is no longer working there and he was THE BEST! If he couldn't do it, he knew someone he would refer you to. I will need to find another auto shop.

My husband took his car there at my suggestion.He was told that he needed a tune up and brake job. Was told it would cost about 900 he dropped it of a week later he was called for pickup, owner said car was ready. He took it home, when he drove up in the driveway, the car was smoking,, ALOT, . I called and explained to the owner what was happening to the car. He said it was normal because the brakes need braking in and he spilled a little oil, and that's just burning off. Oh my gosh. I told my husband and he call the automotive board immediately. They came in about a week and looked at the car for proof of the tune up and brake job. According to the investigation, only plugs were changed and it had the wrong size brakes. He took pictures and said he will be presenting them to the owner. We waited a week and he came back with a check for the entire cost of the supposed work that was done. I now know that mission motors are scammers and without help I would not been able to get my money back. If this review can save anyone from getting ripped off, then it would have been worth telling my experience.

Took my older model foreign car to get a few things done,in case including a tune up, so I left my car their and was later called and told it would cost almost 1500 for labor and parts, I'm not rich but I don't know anything about cars and he said I needed it to keep driving my car safly...so I agreed to let him do it. A weak later I picked up my car and it was running the same as before, I called and he explained to me ALL the things they done, I didn't understand. I eventually took it to another shop because I couldn't drive it in that condition. I explained to him what had happened and showed him the invoice, he said he would look over the car and give me a call later, so he did in a few hours, he explained to me that only thing new was sparkplugs and everything else the invoice indicated was either the wrong part or used.....I almost had a panic attack, I will be contacting the automotive board, by his suggestion. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Charged me $550(changed my spark plugs only) for tune up on my 88 honda civic..I asked for an invoice..but owner refused to provide...if i had time i would report them to the state automotive board. Do not go there.

Went in with a question & Sarbjeet did a quick diagnostic that told me everything was fine. For free! And he taught me a secret about the car. Not sure who the photo of the angel on the wall is but glad she's watching over. When if it's time I will be back!!
