This place sucks. They wanted $900 to move an empty 20ft shipping container 5 miles. I called a local competitor and got it done for $260. I will definitely never use them.

These people are there to rip the customer off. They wouldn’t even let you know about the problem and the estimated cost of repair. I dropped off my car and next thing is they call me and say the car is fixed and it will cost me 500 bucks. They don’t bother to ask you if you want it fixed or not. I was warned. They did same thing to my cousin too. I should’ve listened. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

Omg .. the manager Tony Singh helped out bringing my daughters car from Fairfield. It was an odd hour but he still managed to bring it back to Pinole and finally repaired it with in two days. My daughter was really happy as she could go back to college in time. I would recommend anyone to go and get their repairs done. My daughter and I were more than 100 percent satisfied.

If your insurance sends these guys, ask for another towing service. They're terrible. Very rude customer service. Rude drivers as well. 0 stars if i could

I got a flat tire on my way to work this morning. I made it to work then called my insurance company. I told them where I wanted my car towed (my car is not equipped with a spare tire). They hired A-One Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to the requested destination. Juan arrived before the ETA, was very professional and courteous. He called me when he arrived and waited patiently for me to come outside. He confirmed the address he was delivering my car to and called me when he completed the tow and gave me the name of the person at the business he left my keys with. Nobody wants to need a tow company but it was the most convenient inconvenience I have experienced in a long time. Juan was easy to talk to, easy to contact and provided excellent customer service. Thank you A-One for taking the stress out of a stressful situation.

SUPER, SUPER RUDE STAFF!! Arrived three hours late. Driver yelled at me to text my address "RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I'M DRIVING"... didn't get out of the tow truck and made me CLIMB onto the truck to speak to the driver!! Continues to be rude and DEMANDED that I come with him to the destination because "he's not responsible for the car". (Could have asked nicely!) Driver was careless about putting my car onto the bed... drove recklessly (90mph)... and CRASHED MY CAR INTO THE WALL upon delivery. RUDE Manager Tony calls a couple days later to question the incident. Towards the end of the call, I told him that it would have been nice to have an apology on behalf of the company/his driver.... he said, "OH! DID YOU WANT ME TO WRITE YOU AN APOLOGY LETTER?"

I took my car to global for front brake pads and the same day the back brakes started grinding. When I took it back they said I needed rear brake pads. I didn't accuse them but it seems strange that the rear pads went bad the same day they fixed the front!
