Me and my dogs love the ladies here and they take great care of our furbabies. I have 2 with opposite personalities, and the ladies here handle them with love. My dogs always come back so happy and handsome, especially with th handkerchief they put on the dogs. I appreciate that they take the dogs for a few hours, because it gives me a chance to run the vaccum at the house without my dog trying to attack it. ?

absolutely terrible. let me start it at that. took my dog in at 10:30 AM and I didn't pick her up until 2:30 PM. I waited all that time just for what? just for her to come out with a butchered hair cut. they didn't even properly cut her hair and she's shedding like crazy! Don't waste your time by coming here.

Please don’t go to this dog salon . The two ladies working inside are extremely rude. I came in at 12:55 pm to get my dogs nails trimmed and was greeted with what do you want?! I said I called earlier for an appointment at 1pm. I had came in and asked if she could cut My baby’s nails . And I told them he needs to wear a muzzle and she said “we can’t take him.“ And I told them that he gets nervous and I don’t wanna take any risks . They had looked at him like he was a rat or something .Than I said I’ll just take my service else where .and she said that’s a good idea.. I don’t understand how you can be so rude . I came in very polite .

Fancy Paws Pet Grooming Salon is the place to have you fur baby groom. I come here every other month to have my 6 yr old puppy groom. Tammy and her crew do an excellent job giving my pup a bath, haircut, and nail paws cut! Very reasonable price for grooming and parking is available in front of store. You just let the groomer know how you want the haircut done, and she listens and follows the instructions you provide. I just had my puppy get the summer cut and hair from both ears trimmed shorter this time. When we picked up our puppy Cody, he looked so cute with his summer cut. Groomer is very friendly and enjoy coming here to have our puppy groom. Each time our puppy has his grooming, we are very happy with the result. I would recommend those who have their fur baby to get their grooming done here from Tammy. Tammy and her assistant provide excellent customer service! Job well done with grooming!

At first we were impressed with the first two or three jobs. I think their prices are quite modest and they deserve credit for that. But after that they wouldn't follow instructions and gave rationalizations,. The last time I took our Maltipoo in, they gave her a cut like a terrier, with the long hair on each side of the jaws; totally inconsistent with the maltipoo breed. It was totally baffling, since we didn't bring her in with that type of cut, and she never had that type of cut in all the prior visits. They just decided upon themselves that they would do it that way. I noticed every time we had asked for even a small correction they suddenly developed these irritated faces, appearing as if they were seething with anger, but it's hard to know what somebody's thinking. I tried to always be polite and keep the moment light, but the angry faces remained. We're reasonable people, we understand that we can't burden somebody unduly with our dog beyond a small two minute correction, to shave "this or that off". Last time I tried to contact them, they used caller ID to not accept our calls, rather than being dignified and speaking with us directly. I took my dog down and they pretended they didn't dodge my calls, but it was such an obvious lie that I felt disgusted. Then they said we were too picky and "perhaps we would like to take our dog somewhere else". The biggest sin is they were personally hostile to a client who was polite and respectful and friendly to them on every single occasion. But also their work was very inconsistent and they would complain about even the smallest extra effort they made, such as trimming out knots out of the dogs fur. I don't like to judge people on their appearance, because I feel it's unkind, but these people were both extremely morbidly obese. I was concerned they could be lazy, but I suspended my observations to be fair. The answer is yes they are lazy. Again they told me "you're too picky". You can't ask for a change or correction without angering these people. If you want a basic shave and you don't care that much, it's true they're very inexpensive and that's to their credit. But if you expect a quality job and you really care, I think you're headed down the road of disappointment.
