Me and my daughter got a cut the same day my cut was fine but the lady was rude saying other services extra like if I wasn't going to pay obviously I'm there to get styled not to get questioned and my daughter's hair cut wasn't even cut right one piece is bigger than the other. the ladies got attitude save your money. Made appointments for my mom and myself to get our hair done and I'll just give you the main points...-they didn't have our appointments secured when we got there.-one of the hairdressers "Lolis" was in a terrible mood and whined about my mom wanting highlights/complained about her clients after they left-took 1hr45min to be seen and they didn't acknowledge mt appointment just my moms; when confronted they laughed it off like it wasn't an issue. I didn't get anything done.-my mom didn't get what she wanted; I had to have someone else fix what they did because she was so sad about the way it turned out which was so upsetting-when it came time to pay, Lolis charged me the highest amount including gratuity without telling me. I had to go back and correct the amount seeing as she was charging about 40 dollars more than the original total. Gratuity is up to the client, ESPECIALLY in situations like this where the service was not at all pleasant.Save your time and go elsewhere!

I wasn't going to leave a review but after sleeping on it and letting it marinade a day, the experience I had here still bothers me so I think I should just give you a heads up. I use to take my nephew here for haircuts all the time and I've gotten my hair cut here before too. The owner Carmen is super nice, good at what she does and very professional. So for Mother's Day, I wanted to make appointments for my mom and I to get our hair done. After more than a year not having done anything to our hair due to the pandemic, this was such a treat and we were both excited! I called the salon and got appointments for both of us one after the other. Well we got there and there were 2 ladies working, Carmen was not there. As people came into the salon asking for her, I found out she was out of town visiting family. Anyways, the 2 ladies were busy working on other people. No one really asked us anything when we walked in so I told one of them we both had appointments. One of the ladies, Martha, finally came and asked what we needed and I told her both my mom and I had appointments. She looked worried and then said we has to wait for the other lady whom she called Lolis, to finish her client and she'd attend us. An hour and a half later, Lolis was finally7th able to attend my mom. When my mom told her what she wanted she said it was fine and went to the back to mix the colors. She came back with one color and my mom told her once again she wanted highlights. Lolis looked at Martha annoyed and said, SHE WANTS HIGHLIGHTS (in spanish). My mom was so surprised and said well if you can't its okay. The lady tried convincing my mom she had just said she wanted one color not highlights so I had to interrupt and say we were there for a service so my mom should be able to get what she wanted right.? This was just the beginning but since this is already looking long I'll just give you the highlights. Lolis rushed through the whole process, complained about her previous clients as they left and my moms hair didn't look the way she had initially showed her. I will point out that her hair looks fine, just not what she had asked for. They totally forgot about MY appointment so I didn't even get anything done and they didn't even offer an apology about not fitting me in or anything they just laughed it off like nothing was wrong with it. When it came time to pay, I left a tip even though I feel like I shouldn't have. She told me she was charging me one amount but when I looked at the receipt again in my car, I realized she was charging me the amount shown in the largest gratuity suggestion. I should've paid more attention when signing the receipt but I'm glad I caught it once I got to the car. I had left a tip on top of the full amount from the largest gratuity suggestion. That was NOT okay. She should have told me the total amount and let ME decide what percent gratuity I wanted to leave. I had to go back in and correct the receipt and she looked annoyed that I was doing so but what she did wasn't okay at all. I don't know if these ladies just don't know how to work on their own without the direction of the owner or what. I thought I could just go back once Carmen was back to work but after that gratuity incident I decided I just can't go back there. Their attitude and work ethic is not professional seeing as they seem to be okay tricking their customers out of extra money. The only reason I left 2 stars is because Carmen is really nice and professional. She should find other hair dressers to work her salon though.

The service was ok. They claimed that they didn't know I had made an appointment with them. They also charged me an extra $20, 'cause they had forgotten about the price they told me it'd be over the phone !

I love this beauty hair salon! The staff is awesome!! I've been going to Carmen's for a long time now, she always does such an amazing job!! And now I take both my daughters here, I don't trust nowhere else but here! They are very welcoming, friendly, also make you feel very comfortable.! Carmen is such an amazing person she loves what she does you can tell by her work! You will not regret coming here for any special event that you have going on! All her staff members are very talented. But Carmen is my go to girl!
