Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and it came to me cold as ice. This place needs to be shut down. The managers don't care the workers are all high off their minds. No sober person would let a ICE COLD pizza be walked to a car and givin to a customer. It absolutely boggles my mind how little this place cares about the community let alone themselves. I wish we could give 0 stars.

Food: 1/5 Second time now dining at this dominos location. Domino's is usually my favorite fast food pizza. I ordered a half bacon/half chicken think crust pizza with extra garlic parm sauce. The pizza itself seem really over cooked (crust couldn't be eaten), no way at all any taste of the garlic parm sauce, and for once, I actually thought this needed salt or some type of seasoning. For a fast food pizza, it needing salt? This was a first. Service: 2/5 I was greeted a few seconds in, yet no regard to napkins, paper plates etc. In fact, those working, completely ignored me until I waited at the cash register for about a minute. I was told they had no pepper, no plates, no napkins. Ambiance: 0/5 I would rather eat in my car than eat inside this location.

Yoooo I have ordered from here plenty of times over past few years an it's always been a semi reliable pizza spot, but today I had horrible experience with the manager Maria. I ordered in the app in advance with a coupon but chose to pay in person. I tried to switch the time for order and either messed up or didn't do it early enough but basically I had 2 orders now but they charged me for the 2nd order without the coupon. I call they tell me the pizza is ready, so I decide to explain the situation in person. And the lady Maria starts accusing, making up her own narrative about what I did and so insinuating I'm a liar. I was like hold up what? I start getting hot cus all this for a $20. She ends up asking me if want the pizzas I said he'll no gimme my refund. Anyways I just needed to vent cus her attitude was awful.

NEVER order for delivery here. They not only gave us the wrong pizza, the other one looks so messed up the driver must’ve dropped it. When we called to report, we were put on hold indefinitely. WE’RE NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.—-UPDATE: I was able to talk to a different person at the store who was helpful and told me that I can bring the pizzas back to the store and they can either replace them or give a refund. We were all hungry and it was late but we simply cannot accept this so I decided to drive over. The only girl at the store (I was not able to get her name) was helpful and agreed with our sentiments. She then issued the refund and apologized. I appreciated her help and service, so I added a start to my one-star review. I cannot make it any higher because delivery was bad and the first person who answered my call was extremely unhelpful.

Recently ordered dominos from the Hercules store on sycamore. The pizza was just ok but it did arrive quickly. However the driver forgot 1/2 my order when we showed up with no salad. He offered to bring the salad but I declined since I wanted to eat my salad before the pizza and I didn't want the pizza to get cold while waiting for my salad. He said ok and went on his way. Prior to leaving I asked about a refund for the salad and he said to just call the store and they would take care of it. About 30 minutes later there was a knock at the door. It was the delivery guy. He said the store manager asked him to bring me the salad bcz they would not be issuing a refund. "Excuse me? it's too late. I already ate and I told you I didn't want the salad. Please let your manager know that I want my refund and that I refuse to take the salad", i said. I don't know how long that salad has been out and I had already asked him to not bring the salad bcz I didn't want it anymore. So he said ok and left for the evening. I then decided to call the store. I asked to speak with the manager and I was on hold for 20 minutes. The manager never came to the phone. At this point I'm really annoyed because the manager is trying to force me to keep a salad that I told her I don't want and now she's refusing to give me my money back. I called back the following day and spoke with the manager, and she tried to tell me that I could have a store credit, but I didn't want a store credit. I want my money back for an item that I ordered and she didn't have delivered. Then when she saw that I was not going to accept her store credit, she said well you're gonna have to come to my store and pick up the cash. I said, "absolutely not, I will not drive to Hercules to pick up cash when I paid you by credit card. And you've already inconvenienced me by not delivering my full order and now you want to further inconvenience me by asking me to come get $8 in cash that you owe me? No. I will not be doing that. So you need to refund my credit card." When she recognized that I was not going to forcibly take any of her offers, she said that she would have her driver bring my refund to my house. I said "OK thank you I appreciate that." This was on a Tuesday. I waited all night Tuesday, all day and night Wednesday, all day and night Thursday, all day Friday, and finally I called her on Friday afternoon and said, "where's my refund?" she said "I've been waiting for the driver..." Really you haven't had a driver in 4 1/2 days? She said "the drivers coming in at 6 PM. I will have him bring the money back to you tonight." Mind you I have not heard from these people all week. So at about 530 I get a phone call from the driver who says the manager has asked him to bring me the refund for the salad that i didn't receive when he delivered my order and asked if he could zelle the refund? Now, I am just horrified to think that this man had to refund me out of his pocket... I asked him "are you sending me money from your personal money?" And he said no but somehow I don't trust that he is being honest and I think that that's terrible that Domino's and this manager in particular would make it so difficult for someone to get their money refunded when they're the ones that make the mistake not the customer and then make their drivers refund the customer for the stores mistake, this is just outrageous and I will never be ordering from Dominos again!

I'm writing this review to comment on how easy to order online on their apps. You can also use their coupon to get a discount on their pizza. We ordered a hand-toss pizza and a pan pizza with 8 pcs of the cinnamon twist. The apps will notify you when the order will be made and ready for pick up. We picked up the order exactly as they promised and you'll know that the order just came out of the oven Their pizza is good. They're not soggy and the crust is crispy. It's so easy to order pizza and convenient for us.

Fast, excellent service.My go to pizza place .I ordered online and it was exactly on time.Used that wonderful 20% off coupon that Dominos has been offering for a long time.Domino's pie and side dishes never disappoints.Simply delicious!!

2 1/2 hours for a delivery,,, and the manager said it should be there by now or shortly !!! And we when to the domino's store and food was still there !!! And the manager just want it to re-heat the food after it was seating at the store for over 2hrs ' the worst of the worst experience. That has never happen to me so I don't know , then they try to give a free medium pizza and the coupon' was cancelled or it never work !!! Dominos Pan Pizza no GOOD

Where was it ever professional for the MANAGER MARIA who lacks training obviously. For the word “MORE” or “ADDITIONAL “ to make sense you would have had something to refer to to begin with. Instead of passing my information to someone who could help me she’d rather call my phone and hang up in my face as if she pays DOMINOS phone bill. The LACK of professionalism because she was WRONG is BAFFLING!

Worst places ever in have ordered multiple times from here and they kept messing up my order or give me a median pizza instead of a large one. I have never ordered from them without any problems, they always have to mess up something. Last time I ordered for delivery they decided to cancel on me after like 15 minutes of waiting.

Placed an order and the estimate was 20-40 min for delivery. Waited for 45 minutes and tracker never updated beyond "prep". Had to call them only to be told their systems were down. Actually we had to call twice because we got hung up on the first time. After a bunch of stuttering like the guy was trying to figure out what to tell us, he said he'd void the order. If the system was truly down, that's one thing. But it said the order was prepped 45 min prior. They clearly knew who we were and were able to void the order. But not a single one was able to call us to let us know?? I call bs. I WAS a long time customer but clearly this location ruined it.
